Terrible experience. The store manager Roxy was very rude, and seemed as though she didnt know anything about the store. I watched as another "manager" scolded an employee for not being friendly enough when she was busy tidying the dressing rooms. Management here is terrible. Poor employees. Will not be coming back. Hope this jcpenneys location closes like the sequin one.

The New Braunfels JCP is my favorite. I travel from San Antonio to specifically come to this JCP. This store is always very clean, the staff is very polite and professional. Great customer service and decent prices.

Excellent service! Great prices. They now have à Fashion Expert WHO really knows her stuff. Ask for her...shes kind of like à personal shopper. Shes honest about how you look in Something...wont steer you wrong.

I can find things in my size most of the time but you can almost never find someone in a department to get help and the wait to check out is ridiculous.
