Wed., Nov. 5th, I visited the store in New Braunfels, approximately 5:45pm. I entered the ladies changing room and was disgusted by what I saw. It was quite obvious that the changing room and its walk-in area had not been cleaned in weeks, if not months. The floor was littered with dust balls, hair, spills, pieces of paper, tissues, foam, plastic numbers, and dirt. I felt skeeved taking off my pants to try on a new pair. I left the room and asked to see a manager. I did not get his name. He did not offer it. I complained about the situation. Thinking he may have taken me seriously, I was quite dismayed to see him a short time later hanging around the shoe floor chit-chatting with multiple staff while be SURROUNDED by more trash on the floor. The carpet was littered, again, with paper, tags, plastic, and dirt. A slew of trash was within 3 feet of where he was standing, and there it stayed. The glass shelves where the shoes were displayed were covered in dust; so much so that when I swiped my hand across one it turned my hand black. One worker strolled around trying to look busy, while the rest of the department gossiped and laughed. I will not return! Very Sad.

The store has a great selection, but most items are quite expensive, and the store itself is a DISASTER. Its a shopping experience in itself in the dressing room since so many clothes are left scattered about.The dressing rooms and areas throughout the store are disgusting. Obviously, people arent doing their jobs. I would certainly agree with the post made by Ms. Hall. Most of the employees are spending time standing around, and there is very obviously a LOT of work to be done. Where are the regional managers, and how is this store still even open?! I cant imagine a manager tolerating the appearance of the place. And theyre trying to sell high end products and clothing?! No wonder why the New Braunfels store has never been busy when Ive gone there!

I found this store last year and love the selection. I drive from San Antonio to shop at their store and have always had a great experience until last week. I had purchased an item and noticed when I went to put my bag in the trunk the security tag had damaged the item. I went back into the store and spoke to a very pleasant man names Luis and he called the manager over and after a few minutes she arrived. The manager resolved my issue but I did have to insist. With this said I will continue to shop.

This is always a pleasant place to shop. I love that they have all the larger sizes mixed with the "normal" sizes so I can shop for all kinds of looks without having to go to a special section. The store is always clean, and the employees are mostly very helpful and polite. My only negative is pricing, but there are thankfully coupons available most of the time.

I have been robbed of $40 and some change. I went in-store and ordered a outfit and it was not shipped to me was not refunded my money they opened a case and is making me feel like I am robbing them. Very unreliable and stupid. I recommend not ordering from them at all. Seriously

I went in there today, we spent pretty much all day in there trying on various things, everyone was so incredibly friendly and so so helpful! I have to give a special shout out to Noel in clothing and Luis in womens shoes, both were super helpful!

I thought it was a furniture store for 3 months, so perhaps some advertising or name recognition would be good for belk. Its basically a hoity toity JC Penneys. They have great sales though. You can find designer brands for 80% off.

Im disappointed to see how neglected this store has become. Racks and racks of garments are waiting to be returned to stock. They even block at least 2 banks of fitting rooms. Short on help? HIRE some people.
