I returned luggage in January at the New Braunfels, TX location and today (6/6/2017) I tried to get another luggage with my store credit. The employees at the register could not get the card to work so they called the manager over. The manager, rudely accused me that I must have used the card before without realizing that I did. That accusation is unprofessional and inappropriate. I will not do business with this company after I resolve my issues.

You have like 2/3 of the store full of womens clothing, and then the smallest mens selection, unless you wanna look like a European football fan, you have a 10% chance of finding anything good!

Decent selection of clothes for guys. Great place to buy brand name dri-fit and athletic clothing for easy half what other stores would ask. Average wait time in line and kind checkout lady.

Always messy, stuff is hard to find and poorly organized. The clothes are low quality but also cheap. Good place for workout clothes and sometimes find some good dresses or party clothes.
