Horrible customer service. The employees are incredibly rude and unorganized. I brought in a PT vest in to be labeled with my name and rank. Simple enough job, right? NOPE. The front label didnt lay flat and puckered up due to either lack of skill, laziness, or a combination of both. I paid for everything in advance. Fast forward to pick-up day, they said that it wouldnt be done and to return the next day. I returned the next day, but forgot my receipt to show that I already paid. I didnt think it would be an issue because I figured they would have my payment on file or some sort of way to track the items theyre working on. The employee who swiped my credit card when I paid in advance was now the same employee charging me more money saying that according to their receipts, I hadnt paid yet. There was a line forming behind me, so I told her that I would return with both receipts IOT receive my refund. When I returned today, of course that employee wasnt there. The customer in front of me was from out of town and was begging for them to sew on a shoulder patch for his ASU that he needed for a funeral tomorrow morning. He asked politely if they could direct him to another alterations place and they said they didnt know of any nearby. How can you not know about Kims?! Unbelievable! I ended up giving this gentlemen directions to Kims. When I tried to get my refund with my 2 receipts, they refused and were trying to act as if I was making this entire thing up. When they realized that I wasnt going to budge, they finally decided to do the right thing and give me a refund. Of course she had to make one last comment as I was leaving, "This wouldnt have been an issue if you had brought your receipt in the first time." Upon returning to the office, I mentioned this hot mess of a situation to my co-workers who told me that theyve had their ASUs messed up here before and have experienced the same poor customer service. We will all take our business elsewhere.

Can usually find the things hubby needs, however the female employees are very rude to other females! I witnessed 2 female employees help 1 soldier checkout with 1 item, meanwhile I was waiting to ask a question.....I really enjoyed their conversation with the male soldier about the width of his neck and his "awesome" haircut. They both said "have a great day" with huge smiles and puppy dog eyes once he was finished with checkout, yet they looked at me like I didnt belong when I asked about a ribbon that I needed to purchase. To top it off she threw my bag of items on the counter while I was paying, no smile and no "have a great day."

Super unorganized for ordering stuff. Came in and because they had inventory coming up so they didnt want to keep a lot on hand. I come back to get it, they tell me I need a certain piece of paper. I go get it, oh wait you also need this other piece. But they wont help you after 4 for certain things. I asked the cashier where the manager was and she said wth a customer. The guy that came up to help me was the guy that I just saw two minutes ago outside smoking. It is with the drive to lackland if you actually need help with something.

I took a pair of NSUs into the store to get dry cleaned and they ended us burning my NSU top... They made the service free and payed for a new shirt but it wasnt pressed or anything. I forgave and forgot and took my dress white top to get a patch sewn on and got it back with blood trickles on the back flap. They said "Oh well you cant prove that we did it", well when I never even wore the top ever I kinda can... This place is a nightmare, not to mention they havent had E3 collar devices for sale in like a month... this place is a mess.

Got to love it. Most of your clothing needs in one place, though if you are traveling far and you want something that is either high demand or unusual, call and see if they can confirm they have it. The AC hasnt worked properly in years, prepare to sweat, but remember you are only there a short time. Great staff/management.

Many small items like patches and decorations are frequently out of stock. Young looking cashiers that have no military experience whatsoever tend to get lost answering questions about some decorations. Shelves with OCP and PT uniform are messy and out of stock if you come there in the afternoon

It may be decent if youre a soldier or airman. Even sailors can find some product here. Marines are very poorly supplied here. Rank for cammies for enlisted and the same for a few enlisted ranks for blues and charlies are about all thats available.
