I went to the uniform shop/alterations to get US ARMY name tapes on OCP. 1. They charge WAY TOO MUCH for name tapes: - $3.50 for name tape PLUS $3 for Velcro backing - You can go to Ft Sam Houston and pay $2.50 + $1 for Velcro. 2. Requested the new OCP US ARMY pattern names tapes, but they stitched the letters using US AIR FORCE font, which is not the same. They charged me $57 for name tapes that are not ARMY regulations and did not even offer to make it right, even when they have the templates on display. BIG FAT ZERO service. If you are AIR FORCE, MARINE, NAVY or ARMY go to Ft Sam Houston and have service done same day (most of the time) and pay $3 LESS per name tape and get a military-based service.

The ladies in alterations have poor customer service and a very lazy business model. If they tell you your product will be ready after 5pm on the 5th day, it WILL NOT be ready any sooner than that. I came in on the 5th day at 430pm hoping and thinking to myself "maybe theyre ahead of schedule" but that wasnt the case. They hadnt even started on my product.

They dont typically allow you to return things here..? At least I was told that they would not accept clothes or books back... Even if they were never worn/read/had tags/etc. but the people here are great! Helpful and friendly.
