Caja #4 8:55 pm ...pregunte donde la liea para regresar estaba en la de pagar la cajera d la 4 me vio k me movi de linea la persona que estaba enfrente traia uuna boksa y le dijo el siguiente compra o regreso y la paso se acabo toda la linea mientras la caja de regresos seguia platicando k por cierto era la encargada y la de la caja 4 no me quiso cobrar ....les reclame y me dijeron que es deciciin de ellas si hacen regresos o no

I have a short but wide foot ; so its difficult to find my size . I end up about an hour at the shoe section and only finding 3 pairs my size . That wasnt the issue , it was the store security .he kept passing by and making me very uncomfortable; and I was embarrassed of thought of him thinking I was trying to steal or something. They need to work on their manners.

Terrible customer service from the manager on duty. Asked for help finding an article of clothing and was flat out denied with no options for assistance. I understand that things get busy sometimes but they didnt even try. I felt disappointed and left without buying anything even though I had planned to.

The selection of shoes was very limited. The shoes were just all over the place. I dont like to shop in clutter. Didnt find anything. Wont be coming back to this location. The Ross in Mission in much nicer!

This Ross has a better selection than the South McAllen location. It can get crowded and there can be a long line to check out, so come with plenty of patience!
