Well, I decided to take my iPhone 6+ here after the screen was messing up & wouldnt charge. I called & explained to a man named Isai what was going on, explained that the screen was messing up, the phone wouldnt charge, & that we had at attempted to repair the phone ourselves and there were a bunch of screws that we didnt put back in.. he tells me that the charges should be over $150 because of the labor, but hed repair for $99 and Id have it in a couple days.. So I take my phone in, a couple days later they call & tell me that I had damaged the Motherboard by misplacing screws, (which made sense) & that if I could find another, theyd replace that for me, but other than that my phone was dead. As disappointed as I was, I knew it was my fault for attempting to fix it for a buck & ended up making it worse, but they offered not to charge me since it was irreparable so I headed out to pick it up. When I got there, I asked if I could sell for parts, but since the phone was dead there wasnt really anything I could sell on it... So the guy offered to trade my phone for a new case & tempered glass for my new iPhone 6... overall, I didnt get my phone fixed but that was my fault.. but the customer service was great & thats a huge deal to me. Thanks again guys! Ill be sure to bring my iPhone here if I have any other problems.

I cracked my screen on a Samsung tablet and took it to them on a Sunday to see what they could do about it, they said they would let us know by the end of the week what they could do about it, they got back to us after we called the 2 weeks later. They said that they could replace the glass since the LCD was not cracked, they needed to order the glass from China. The glass took 2 weeks to get here, when it finally arrived the found out that they ordered the wrong glass. It took another 2 weeks for the correct glass to arrive. That took another week to install the new glass, that glass was microspopically larger then my tablet frame,they had to microscopically slice the glass and put in a new button that is smaller then the original button. My tablet is now taking more to respond to touch, terrible job done. I highly unrecommend this store.

Upset that the owner did not assume responsibility. Shipped three screens for refurbishment, I have tracking information and even confirmation from one the employees that the package arrived and they were going to start on them. Well know he mentions and blames his old business partner as maybe stealing the screens when they split up. I made my deal with Ifixit SA and did not get the courtesy offer to replacement of my screens. His words verbatim were "I dont think I should be responsible for this, why should I have to pay for this". Just beware when trying to deal with this establishment, seems like bad practice.

Phone works like brand new.. I mean honestly I have no complaints and he got it finished right about the time expected. I recommend this location .
