I filled application on line and they told me the unlimited plan is $80 each deu paid.I wait for 2 months and i didnt get my Sim card on my mail and then I went to Bandera Branch and the guy there assured me the plan is costs $80 only this covers all services plus tax and he set the automatic payment. I discovered later on they put hidden charges and they were dishonest with me since theyre trying to charge me extra fees and I decided to stop their service and go back to my previous carrier . Verizon are not honest and their service is NOT covering the whole states and all their ADs are NOT true .Please guys be careful before you decide to change your current carrier to VERIZON carrier .Theyre simply honestly THE HEADACHE ITSELF!!!!

The management here are a bunch of criminals. They lied about what I was being charged and told me to get over it. Everyone there is fake and know very little about their products. I warn anyone who comes near this Verizon. They made me go to tmobile. My bill is over $100 less. Verizon employees know their management are all just after every dollar in your pocket and could care less how they get it. One of the managers even admitted it!

They should disclose all the information while conducting the transaction. You cannot tell me that you have updated a contract even I have paid full retail price for an iPhone. Then you make an excuse to why that has been occurred. Please be a professional and smart about doing business. Well all do human errors, yet few of us take ownership and accountability for their actions

Caliente Hot Water set up an account there 4 months ago, problem free, easy, got a great deal. Bills were exactly what they quoted us and have not had any issues since.
