Came in with a Samsung Galaxy S5 tht I purchased on eBay 4 the simple fact it was an upgrade 4 me and it was an eligible device 2 switch to Boost Mobile. I walkd into the store and let the associate knw my situation and tht I wantd 2 swap devices, without evn turning on the phone or lookin at it she says "this is a sprint phone I cant help you" I hd 2 explain my situation again and let her knw wat i needed her 2 do. She did not want 2 take the time 2 help me evn tho it was her job and this occurs almost EVERYTIME I come 2 any Boost Mobile store!! The company that I bought the phone had 2 help me activate it because the untrained incompitant employee culdnt help me!! Thy shuld be fired or retrained but thy shuldnt allow them 2 "help" customers until tht happens!! Customer service here is HORRIBLE I highly recommend u dont come here with ANY issue othr than simply paying your bill......if thy can handle tht correctly!!
