When my tablet screen broke, I was referred here (Oct 2015) and told GREAT things. I had a GREAT experience. They finished a day early and charged me less than the quote! So I decided to refer my father when his cell phone needed repair. I dont refer people lightly, because it reflects on MY GOOD WORD and INTEGRITY. I wont refer any other person, ever. When he dropped off his phone he was told I would be called by end of day with status. The next day I received no call. I UNDERSTAND PEOPLE GET BUSY!! So I waited until the end of next day... (Daddy has a social life, but isnt "naked without a phone".) Still no call, so I called. I was told they had not gotten to it yet, but it was "next in line"...on Wednesday...i let him know that I received no call, and he apologized verified my nber and PROMISED a call back as soon as they got to it. (No problem...youre busy, right?!) SUNDAY at 3 pm I finally decided that I could call as a calm collected person, so I did. After holding 3-5 min, was told, "its here on the completed shelf, dont know why we didnt call"...he told me the needed part was ordered, while I was on the phone w him, from Austin, would be 1 or 2 days and then fixed same day, he would call when part arrived in store. (So, Wednesday-ish, right?) Wednesday night I call for status, hold for over 5 min to be told the part will be delivered by FRIDAY....from Austin...1.5 hrs away...takes 4 business days (Monday was MLK DAY)... So i waited by the phone Friday night for their call....and wait...(At this point my dads trying to borrow MY phone!!) Saturday, right before they closed I called THEM again..."oh its done! It was finished last night, but we charged overnight to Make sure." But they had been open all day, I got no call. So finally, Daddy gets his phone back...now it makes no sound. A completely unrelated part of the phone now broken. So we have to take it back...they promised return call same day - nope. I just called and no one answered AND THERE WAS NO WAY TO LEAVE A MESSAGE!!! Really??? If you dropped your tech items here, go pick them up now. I wish I had read these reviews before I referred my dad. To management: communication is the problem...OVER communicate with your customers...dont set unreal expectations...and UPOD (Under Promise Over Deliver).

So i get my samsung galaxy s5 broken. I go to this store because the company has helped me out in the past and the work was good before. The repair work was mediocre, but thats not why I have an absolute hatred for this store. I got the lens on my camera broken. They did not have the part in stock, so they said that they would call me when the part comes in. THREE MONTHS go by, not a single call. I go to another location to see what they can do, but they dont have the part in stock either. I wait, but when the part comes in, it apparently wasnt the part that needed fixing. The ENTIRE CAMERA needed fixing. They even messed up my home button, so I couldnt use it properly! The service is absolutely horrendous. If you break a phone, dont go to these guys because they have no idea what theyre doing. I honestly spent almost a $1000 with these guys and I still had the same problems with my phone. Thank goodness I now have insurance and a new phone that wont break on me, because personally I would rather have a phone that doesnt break than have to go back to these people.

This was a horrible experience. They charged me to fix my camera lens and I was completely fine with that, obviously. But the issue wasnt solved at all. Instead, it DID NOT get repaired AND I got charged. When I asked for a refund, they removed the lens saying it was their product and left my phone without my original broken lens. They said that if I wanted it back, I would not have a refund. So pretty much they charged me for a lens that did not work, AND they did not fix my product at all. In fact they said it would be an additional fee if they wanted me to get it fixed properly. Not only that, they made me come back twice and didnt even deliver. Even though they said that if I paid the first time I would have warranty on the repair. They didnt honor that. They tried to charge me TWICE without fixing it the first time around and not even having a guarantee for an actual repair. Dont waste your time or your money. DONT GO THERE!

Went in due to my screen being shattered and they didnt have my part which was understandable. One of the guys told me he was getting a shipment in that day and my part would be with it. I work two jobs so I dont have much down time. I told him if I could come back Thursday, this was a Monday. He agreed and said the part would be here. I went back and behold no part, I left my phone till the part was brought by one of the guys and they said it would take two hours to fix. I came back four hours later and my phone still wasnt finished. After I got it back the speaker stopped working , which I went back and they fixed, even though it makes popping noises. Along with that my screen keeps popping off and keys will start to randomly glitch making it difficult to type or navigate. Experience was not worth $160 and if you have an HTC be prepared for possible disappointment.

Called, showed up, got my iPhone screen (which was completely cracked) replaced for $70 in 30 mins, and they threw in a new camera screen for $10 since my camera was taking the foggiest pictures. This was a no-brainer compared to the option of purchasing a new iPhone or turning mine in to pay $200 for a replacement. The three other companies I called quoted at least $100 or more and were not in convenient locations. I have recommended this place to everyone and will use them in the future for any laptop or phone repair needs. The store environment was also pleasant and they did not try to upsell me on anything. I had the feeling that they were techies, not sales guys.

The worst communication and customer service Ive experienced. Part ordered by phone after talking to two different staff members (one had an urgent call come it). Made two trips to the store with my computer. First one on day part was to be installed. Part hadnt come in yet. Second trip when the part had come (I had to call). Wrong part and for another computer. I was told that part isnt available for my computer at all. Manager blamed their mistake on me. "They didnt know it was a laptop." Untrue. Information given to them was detailed and very clear. They made no apology. They did refund my money.

when they fixed my phone they gave it back to me not charged but I got home and charged up my phone i notice that the screen wasnt put on right unfortunately I couldnt take it back until a week later because of my hectic schedule. So naturally I got a tiny hairline crack towards the speakerphone. When I took it back they said I never been to that store. thank God I have the receipt. So then They told me its going to be 3 hours. I got there at 3 hours and 30 minutes later and it still wasnt fixed. bunch of BS if you ask me. Because I took the phone back within the 90 days warranty. In general dont ever come here
