WORST PLACE EVER!!!!! never ordered my dress 6 weeks later they tell me they cant find it or it was sold. Never took responsibility for their mistake ... trying to sell me a store model as new one. Promised me alterations that ended up looking awful and still trying to charge me for them. Very disorganized and rude. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR HARD EARNED MONEY AT THIS PLACE!!!!

Horrible experience! Ordered wrong dress and chose not to take responsibility for the mistake. When asked what happened response was ingenuine. Lied and stated lost the original order form or must have accidentally thrown it away when asked to see it. Called 2 weeks ago and said to pick up my dresses then stated called a month ago. Very bad business ethic.

Worst place ever! Lady messed up on dress orderd wrong dress. Then over charged my court!! Dress was supposed to be 79.00 charge all girls 120. Told me a wasnt a good customer and she wasnt going to order my tuxedos!! Who does this! Dont waste your time and money on this place

Highly recommend this store! Everyone tired to do their best to make me happy. She had everything on time and when I needed last minute touches she was there to help me though the whole process. Highly recommend this store to everyone you will NOT regret it!

This place is horrible! She ordered the wrong dresses then when she is told they are the wrong dresses she did nothing to correct the problem. So disorganized and incredibly rude!
