Bliss didn’t just help me find “a dress” for my wedding day; they helped me find “THE DRESS!” I was so impressed with their outstanding customer service and ability to work with my budget while still giving me a large variety of options to choose from. With my budget, I was told I was being unreasonable at other bridal shops and I began to think I was never going to find “THE DRESS” but Bliss was able to turn that around for me. Customer service at Bliss was incredible! They were extremely patient and let me try on a variety of different dresses, including two on their manikins. They even went so far as to help my mother start a conference call with my sisters to make it seem as though they were sharing in the experience. I was amazed with how much they, too, were embracing my experience as a Bride. They made the appointment all about me; in fact, during my appointment it was just the two ladies (Christy and Bobby) helping me. When alterations became a factor, Christy assured me that she would be there for those alterations to make sure everything ran smoothly. Another thing about Bliss is the fact that the dress you fall in love with, is your dress; No ordering, No other Brides wearing that dress in the mirror next to you, No passing it along from person to person, and No worrying about it arriving on time for the wedding. They found a way to add so much value to that appointment that I wasn’t able to stop talking about how incredible my experience finding a dress was, even to this day! Bliss truly goes above and beyond to help you find the PERFECT dress! I highly recommend them to anyone who wants to find “THE DRESS” and not just “a dress.”

This place was AMAZING!! Not only is the customer service the BEST you will find in Lubbock, they also have the best dresses in town! I tried on 5 or 6 dresses and I loved them all! I finally chose between them and they made me feel so good about my decision. I went to Bellas earlier that day and had a horrible experience so this was very refreshing. When we got there, they offered us drinks and took us to the private room upstairs. The lady kept offering me dresses within our price range that fit my body type. I HIGHLY recommend this place if youre looking to feel special want quality one on one help in making such a huge bridal decision! :)

Bliss Bridal is AWESOME!! We went to a couple other wedding dress shops and tried on tons of dresses. The experience at the others was average, someone referred us here and I am so glad… Both Kristi and Erika went to work and made it fun helping me find the perfect dress! After I said YES to the dress they found both my maid of honor and my bridesmaid dresses as well as accessories. They made this very memorable!

The dressing room was very small, which is not ideal for brides who may be trying on very fluffy dresses. The assistant was helpful and focused though.
