After reading so many wonderful reviews I decided to have Sposa Bella be thane first store I ever try dresses on. Cindy was very friendly on the phone and I was excited to start my day out with her. When I got to the store, it quickly turned bad. We arrived 5 minutes late for our appointment but that shouldnt have meant that I didnt get seen for another 20 minutes. My MOH and I had several dress appointments that day and although we had planned enough time in between I was irritated that even with an appointment, it did not go as scheduled. When the one dressing room was finally open I was escorted around and asked to explain what dresses I liked. That was it. I was not asked about theme, BUDGET, color scheme, location, date, nothing that a bridal consultant should take into consideration with someone. And Cindy, as sweet as she was, was dressed like someone trying to look professional but fit in at a club instead which made her professionalism points lower. She made a bit of small talk but really did not try to figure out what I wanted. I fell absolutely in love with a dress there but she didnt seem to realize this and made me change out of it to try on another one. Had the experience been better I would have definitely walked out of the store with that dress. Pros: Clean, small but lovely selection, employees were nice but not too welcoming, offered water, great pricing, clean store Cons: unprofessional atmosphere, felt like I was intruding into someones home rather than being a guest, no chance to really explain what I wanted, did not attempt to match a dress based on wedding information because that information was never given, did not seem to even try and make a sale.

One word Exceptional! From the service to the ambiance in the store this was by far one of the best experiences I have had throughout my wedding planning. Giving myself ample amount of time I started my search for THE dress about a year, and a half before my wedding date. With one of the first wedding dress boutiques that I walked into there was something special about Sposa Bella I could not forget. Maybe the fact that it had several private dressing rooms, a very nice organized & uncluttered selection to choose from, or that I felt like I was having a private boutique experience had me sold. After six months into my search I decided to go back to Sposa Bella to inquire on any new dresses that were in stock turns out they had one I did not see during the prior visit, and it just so happened to be "The One"! Gabby who assisted me in both appointments was very helpful not only very knowledgeable about the dress but also worked with me on receiving a great price! She followed my budget, incorporated the look I wanted, was very understanding, and was able to offer great deals which made this store stand out from all the others!! I received a great customer service experience at this store, and recommend any bride to be to check them out!!!! - Brittany W

I did some research prior to going to SA and was giving myself one or two places to stop -- this was the only one chose and IM GLAD! Gaby helped me out and was very patient with me. The boutique is small, and when I first walked in I was nervous but the selections are beautiful. I had a private room that was rather large, they were nice enough to allow my sisters aunts and nieces in there with me (8 extra people! not including myself and the assistant) It was very nice to be able to just get dressed and not have to walk in and out to show them. The first dress I tried on, I fell in love, it was out of my price range due to the beading, but she was able to knock off a couple of hundred in order to make it more affordable! I knew I loved it, however i still wanted to try on the others I had picked and she was willing to let do that -- never rushed, she spent 2 hours with us and never made me feel like I needed to hurry up. IM VERY PLEASED, Gaby was awesome and super sweet! And Im so excited that I was able to find my dress at Sposa Bella and said "yes to the dress!!!" :)

Visiting Sposa Bella and working with Cindy was one of the best parts of the wedding planning. I live in Manhattan but the wedding was in San Antonio and after visiting stores in NYC and San Antonio I found Sposa Bella and that was the last shop I visited! The shop itself is calming, romantic and intimate - exactly what you need in the midst of wedding craziness. I only worked with Cindy and she was great - she had a quiet confidence about the process that was accommodating, reassuring, and sincere. I had already tried on many dresses at other stores but only needed to try on two at Sposa Bella and could have been happy with either but in the end went with my first choice. My hair accessories were also from Sposa Bella; they have a beautiful selection of accessories for a range of styles. Would definitely recommend! Thank you Cindy!

Good things come with a Price, and some people need to get that through their thick skull. I cant tell you the amazing service and patience these ladies have given me. From one reason to another, they have been so understanding. The dress what absolutely gorgeous. The accessories were amazing and the prices for what you get? cant complain! One huge con is having to find out the seamstress is an extra cost. Some places pay fro the seamstress once you spend over $1500 at the store. So when it it was close to $3k for my dress, veil and accessories,i thought the spending was over. The seamstress worked well with me an i was so grateful after i had forgotten about an appointment with her once before that and then i arrived late to the second appointment. I have yet to pick up my dress, but ill update then!

I was pleasantly surprised for numerous reasons! I walked in without an appointment because I really intended to only browse. However, the gracious Daniella greeted me with a smile and offered to see if they had availabilty to work with me. To my surpise, THEY DID! From there I was treated with respect and I had her full attention. It literally took me the 2nd dress to try on and I knew it was the one! I was beyond happy at how much the staff here cared about not only me, but my family as well. They went above and beyond on their service and I would recommend ANYONE and EVERYONE to give this place a try. I walked in with zero expectations and left with the dress of my dreams. Thank you Daniella and the whole staff for being GREAT at what you do.

My daughter and I went to Sposa Bella to purchase her gown, when we were trying on the service was great. The two ladies who helped us were wonderful, the problem began after we paid for it and had to deal with the alterations person. She would not listen to what my daughter wanted and we were told at a fitting that she did what she thought should be done to a gown, not necessarily what the bride wants. We had to have a re-do and the finished project is most disappointing. After paying the price for this gown and alterations, now we have to hire another alterations person to fix it. All I can say is up front things go great, after the purchase its down hill if you have to deal with alterations. Expensive mistake!!!!
