I have never experienced such horrible customer service. It has happened multiple times since they were on Broadway. I will definitely never shop there again nor will I recommend this store to anyone. Dont be fooled. They dont carry anything out of the ordinary. Youre better off going to Shoe Palace, House of Hoops, Finish Line, or Champs. Too bad we dont have a Shiekh down here.

Horrible return policy. Website clearly states return for exchanges accepted, but then refused to accept my unused product for return or exchange. Stay away!!!!
