Ok, well let me start this off on a positive note. I have only been to Bad Ace Vapor once. They guy that assisted was very nice, and he helped me pick out a flavor in less than five minutes. The building is nice, cool decor, and great selection of flavors and accessories. I ended up purchasing a little 10ml bottle of Ace of Hearts (as shown in picture), since Ive never tried the flavor and did not want to pay to try the flavor. I paid $7.58, and that is including tax. The bottle didnt even last me two full days. I usually shop at a vape store in Kaufman, where I live, but I work in Rockwall, and thought to try this place out since my shop closes at 6:00. Anyways, I usually purchase a 20ml bottle from my vape store in Kaufman, and it lasts me a full 7 days. AND it only cost $12. I knew right away that there was no way the bottle had 10ml of liquid in it. I then looked at the bottle and noticed the "approximately - 10ml." So, pretty much, its "almost" but not completely accurate or "exactly" 10ml. Hmm. Seems like a rip off to me! I understand they are located in Rockwall, and Im sure the rent is super expensive, but really? Why advertise something is "10ml" on your counter, and then on the bottle say it may or may not be? I know I only paid like $7, but its the principle of it all. It just seems dishonest. I will not go back to that shop, because its pricey and not worth what you get, in my opinion. There are other vape shops in the area with way better prices.

Ive been coming to this vape shop for a good while now and Ive had nothing less than a stellar experience. Park, Christian and Nichole are always super friendly and always in a great mood. They have become half of the reason I come to this vape shop and I would consider them great friends now. Aside from the great employees, this store has a HUGE selection of house juice and a very good selection of premium juices as well. They also have a great selection of mods and tanks for either the experienced vaper as well as those looking to quit smoking. This is BY FAR the best vape shop in Rockwall and Id even go as far as to say its the best shop in DFW.

I loved the fact that it was right across from the TA Travel center. Which means alot to me because it is so hard to find vape shops with truck parking. The whole look of the shop is amazing! The tasting bar resembles a poker table, which makes you feel like your in Vegas. The staff is extremely helpful, and go the extra mile to make you feel welcomed. My husband and I were looking for a new atomizer for our mod, and the owner actually stepped in to help us pick one out. It just so happened...that was the one I had my eye on. I would definitely recommend THE BAD ACE VAPOR LOUNGE to anyone, not just truckers. It will be an experience like no other!

My niece and I came in there a few weeks ago and Christian was a bad ass! We learned some cool vape tricks, we got the best flavors, i loved Aces and Diamonds, it was the bomb and the owner gave me a new liquid that tasted like the bomb pop popsicle i used to eat when i was a kid. The whole experience was better than any other vape shop Ive been to. I do not live in Rockwall but this Sunday i will be stopping by for some new juice, my husband will be buying some and so will my niece. I wish they had a location in Carrollton because that would be the ultimate! Thank you guys for an awesome experience.

As one of the first customers through the door, I have been extremely pleased with every interaction since. They truly care about their customers and have always helped me with anything I needed. I will continue to do business there because they always have new and up to date items and great hours of operation. The drive thru makes things so convenient when you are on lunch or in a hurry to get somewhere. I have established relationships with Bad Ace Vapor, and will always stay loyal to them. My husband finally decided to quit smoking cigarettes. He didnt think pills or patches would help, so he went to Bad Ace Vapor. They listened to him and made recommendations. They are very knowledgeable and have never tried to pressure or over-sell anything. The shop is inviting and they carry a large selection of items. Brandon, Lela and Christian are always willing to give advice and teach us about new equipment. After 40 years of smoking, my husband hasnt had a single cigarette in over a month without any unpleasant side effects! They Kick Ash!!!

This place is baller. I used to go to rockwall vapor shop and I thought that ejuice wasnt that great but my friend recommended me BadAce in rockwall. I went there and the store looked absolutely AWESOME! I then purchased some of their ejuice. I got fried banana. Its like bananas deliciously making love to your taste buds and exiting slowly through the airways. The workers over the counter were so friendly and helpful.

Great service. Quick and easy as I just stopped in for coil. I asked several questions about mods and they asked several questions leading them to make recommendations that benefit me. It wasnt the most expensive options as they benefit from more than. Thats solid service putting customers needs first. I made no purchase at this time but when I do it will be them. This store is awesome and I absolutely love it. The service is very good. A worker named Park really knows his stuff and is always the most helpful for me. He has the best coils for sale and they really rip fat clouds along with righteous flavor. Everything in this store is higher quality than the other vape shops. The premium juices are delicious.

I came into today and bought a TFV Alien and the customer service is better than any other place Ive visited. If you do come in ask for Park, hes very helpful with any questions and is always in a great mood! This is the only vape shop I come to because they are professional and friendly , I would highly recommend bad ace to anybody that vapes!! :)
