DIY VAPE

i have many things to say about this establishment, first off the last 2 times ive been in there they have given the the wrong coils.and argue that they are the right ones when i bring it to their attention that this is not what they say it is. granted one time i didnt look and them but i assume the are the right ones because for one they work there and should be knowledgeable of their products for two they gave me the coils in the right package but the ones inside were not as the package described. they are not knowledgeable on any of the vapor products they carry, they arent very friendly when you are a new customer. every time i have a question about something i get an answer like idk or i guess. i have seen them give their friends free juices before right in front of the customers that are about to spend money in there, saying dont tell anyone i gave you that. ive seen them give batteries away for free with the purchase of a 50 dollar mod right in front of me. but when me and my gf both purchased a mod from there spending over 250 including two mods and a couple bottles of juice and extra coils. i asked if i could get the batteries thrown in for free they said no we cant do that. even though i saw them do it right in front of me not even 15 minutes before i checked out. when they were hiring i walked in and asked right after they posted on fb if they were hiring i was told no they had hired someone so i sent my gf inside to ask just because the answer i got was a little suspicious and what do you know they told her yeah they were hiring. they are blatantly only trying to hire women which is whatever i guess but the fact that they would hire someone who knows nothing about vaping before someone who is more knowledgeable that all their employees combined is just ridiculous. they should stick to just being a head shop if they want to hire people who dont vape! which brings me to another more serious complaint, ive seen quite a few times people hanging out in their cars smoking weed then going in to hangout with their friend that works there. it is ridiculous these people are the reason people associate vaping with weed smoking. granted i have nothing against the use of marijuana but you shouldnt be smoking in your car right outside the damn building and the employee should be telling her friends that isnt acceptable especially since there is a childrens learning center just 2 doors down! overall i would not recommend anyone come here if you have the option i would avoid this place, there are more helpful and knowledgeable shops around.

First off im nearly positive they sell to underage kids, when i went in the other day there were so many children that looked not any older than 6 but not a single one was checked to see if they were of age. This shop is Full of employees who have no idea what they are talking about. their house Juice is garbage and when you ask for an honest opinion on them the owner/employees will all tell you they are the best flavors. when in actuality they are FAR from good. their mods and kits are some of the most over priced vapor devices ive ever seen. heck you can go down the street and the shop down there has almost everything at half the price as the peace cloud. every single girl that works there has no idea what they are talking about when it comes to any of the devices in the building. It seems the owner only hires girls who she is friends with or something because there are so many girls that work there but yet have zero knowledge on anything in the store. They will do anything in their power to sell you something. i spent over 200+ in one visit and was lied to about so many things the house juices were some of the worst tasting things ive ever had. i HIGHLY recommend you do not go here. there are more knowledgeable stores in the area. that will actually educate you and give you honest opinions on any device or juice they sell.

They have a large selection of vape accessories and juices . And the staff is friendly enough, but there fail miserably when it comes to knowing the actual products they sale . They where very helpful in helping me spend 300+$$$ on a new set up but I already knew what I wanted walking in . As for when one of the products failed after a week they said it was my fault and wouldnt give me a break on helping me with the product I had just bought a week ago ? They didnt even offer to help replace or fix it . I visit vape shops all over Dallas and surrounding areas , some good some bad . This could be a great place to shop if the knew there own products better .

These workers including the disrespectful manager sold me a sigelei Kaos spectrum (the display model) and couple days after I had it the screen blew up and shattered from the inside."so me" I freak out and take it up there. Turns out they wont replace my vape even though you have to bring it in a week after you purchase and not only that but the warranty card has a number on it to call the company if theres a manufacturing problem turns out they dont even do that!!!! The whole store is just sketchy and have defective vapes! So anyone that wants to go to that store turn around and walk out, dont waste your money!!!

The Peace Cloud is awesome, I absolutely love this place and the staff. They have a huge selection and wide variety of juices that are great. They have always been honest with me about what they think is good or not. Great place and staff, and I have always had a great experience here. I recommend this place every time Im asked where I get my supplies. 8+ years of doing my shopping all over the metro, this has been my fav.

Finally. I found a good vape store. Lots of flavors and lots of premium flavors as well. Morgan did a great job helping me find the right flavor I was looking for. I actually found a better flavor than what I was using. "The Milkness" ROCKS. They are getting a new premium in tomorrow and I will definetly go and try it out. Goodbye "Lonestar Vape" and hello "Peace Cloud Vapor" I am a happy camper now...

Horrible experience! I went in to get my first cape and the lady gave me the worst cape for someone who has never done it before. She couldnt get it to work at first. Had to ask a customer to help her! Then left us alone again and the damn think caught on fire. I finally ask for a refund and she said no!!! Dont go here. You will regret it!!!

by far the very best vape shop I have been too!!!! very responsive to your needs. the manager is an amazing woman who is very knowledgeable in her respect field. I have never been disappointed by there service and will be a loyal customer for as long as they will let me. I LOVE YALL!!!!!!

This shop has been a revelation for me. The employees are knowledgeable and kind. Never treated me like the newb I was and will tailor to my specific needs every time I go in. Will shop here until it no longer exists.
