Terrible customer service. Flat out lied to me about two products being compatible, which I bought separately. Once I returned home I realized that these two things would not work together. I went back to the store 10 min before it was scheduled to close. What do you know, Sarah(the owner) had already left. When I returned to the store I explained to them that because of their dishonesty I was forced go somewhere else to get something that did work, and that I would like a refund. Her words to me were, "Hey, it happens, but we dont do refunds! Now, if your going to act like that then we are going to ask you to leave." She then threatened that things would only escalate from here, instead of calmly trying so satisfy the guest and calmly trying to resolve the issue. What a joke that place is, I can not believe anyone would ever go there.

I thought it was just me, but yes I would say they are rude and seem to be annoyed if newbies ask for advice. Once you start getting into it vaping can get somewhat complicated, problems with leakage, short coil life, learning the differences with all the styles of equipment. Most shops are happy to help us new vapers learn and solve vaping problems but they must be too busy here to chat. The young guy is pretty friendly and helpful but the girls seem annoyed if you ask questions. Although the other day I asked him for a flavor i was sure I had gotten there and he said it wasnt one of thier flavors. Later I found the empty bottle and it has thier label. Maybe hes just new and its not a popular flavor. But thier liquids are pretty good and decent prices, just dont expect them to be very chatty.

used to be a good place,but not now. they are very rude and seem to know nothing about what they sell except for Randa who is just rude,and likes to surround herself with female morons who flutter about being rude and self absorbed. I sent my wife to see if it was just me, and she noticed how rude to customers they were also. when a male customer was ignored to answer the phone in mid conversation.place could be soo much better if they would dump Randas cheer leaders. Start fresh is what I would do. dump all of em. might save the blond lady she is nice and well informed.

The Cedar Hill location put flyers on cars at Target. They are some kind of low quality glossy magazine type paper and it literally stuck onto my windshield when I tried to pull it off. Now I have to go home and scrape it off my car with a knife. Will never give a place like this my business and will be sure to tell others. Thanks for damaging my car in a parking lot where of a business where no solicitation is allowed.

They have everything you need or want.even the house vape flavors are great. However only one or two of the girls working there are people friendly with good customer service. However the worst is the blond with looks to be a hair lisp. She is a real B my wife wont even go there anymore. Myself I figured out that they rotate evenings shifts weekly so I only go every other week.

I been going to this place to get alot of my utensils but never agin. They sold me parts that didnt fit and when I took it back to exchange it for the rite piece they refused. Told me I had to buy another piece. I think its pretty sorry and bad for bissness.i will tell all my people to never go here agin. The staff dont even know what there selling.

Showed up at 9:18 pm and they are already closed when the sign says 9:30 pm. Said the system was down. Had plenty of shops still take cash when the system is down. Wanted to buy juice of a certain flavor that I only get here cause I can say this store has the best tigers blood that Ive found. Really disappointed.

A great shop. They sell any and everything you could need. The staff on the other hand...meh. The lady who opens the shop is often late to show up to work which means the shop is late to open. She also doesnt go over your FiveStar points and doesnt let you know what your points are.

Love this place. Only store in Seagoville that stocks my cigars. Prices are right. Staff is cool. Down to Earth smoke shop. Highly recommend this place!

Not a huge store but great service and an solid selection. Only place for miles that has any type of selection of Hookah tobacco and coals.
