***EDIT I BUMPED DOWN TO ONE STAR AFTER BEING HARASSED ABOUT MY REVIEW ON MY PERSONAL SOCIAL MEDIA ACCOUNT THREE MONTHS AFTER POSTING IT *SHOWN IN PICTURES*** . Original review that I had accompanied with a two star rating below: After going into the shop this week I have to say I am dissapointed in the smoke shop I used for 8 years. I came back to smokin glass almost immediately after getting back into Dallas after 2 years of living away. I walked in to see shelves LINED with acrylic "waterpipes". The one case they have with pipes are all fumed clear spoons and they actually wanted 50 dollars for a fumed China spoon. I took a look at the tiny shelf of glass "waterpipes" and asked the price on the only semi interesting piece, which was a half worked piece with an implosion cab on the side. They wanted 200+ for it. WHAAAAAAA???? LOL, I proceeded to ask if they had any nice glass and listed at least 5 artists before getting this annoyed response "We have over 180 artists in here I cant begin to remember them all" EXCUSE ME????? Why do you work in a glass shop then?! THAT IS YOUR JOB. (Btw if there are actually 180 artists in the shop they are counting each and every one of the Chinese glass blowers) They dont even carry scientific glass brands anymore. Do not waste your hard earned money on a glass shop who doesnt even know the biggest names in glass that are known worldwide. If you live in this area please just look online or go to the glass house texas and save your money and get some cool glass for the same price. I did buy a medtainer because I dont like leaving without purchasing something from a local shop, but Smokin Glassworks you need to invest in a trip to AGE next year or just look online and catch on up to 2016 because your shop and knowledge of glass is straight out of 91. Instagram is your friend.

I go to this smoke shop all the time because its the only one in the area that sells what I want. Every time I go in, the workers are too high to even look at me. I wanted to order something and I was told to talk to them next time because theyre too "zoned out" to order it right now because their kids started school today. What kind of logic is that!? Another time, one of the workers was talking to her friends while smoking a cigarette outside and her friends started harassing me about my appearance in front of her. She laughed with them as I left the store. I get that its a smoke shop, and so potheads are going to go there, but if the employees are too high to do their job or be professional, they probably shouldnt have a job.

I drove from Allen to purchase a new pipe, this is the closest place to me. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. Very friendly staff, reasonable prices and I when I purchased my metal pipe, I did not have to pay for the screens which was nice. I will definitely be coming back!

Been shopping here since 2009, only had one probably which was an allergic reaction to gauges and they offered to give me a discount on my next purchase. Best customer service and always friendly.

Probably my favorite shop so far. The employees are very nice and helpful. They make conversation with me every time I walk in the store and they make sure I get what Im looking for.
