My first and only visit ever! Without a doubt the most unprofessional and poorly ran business in Texas!! It was Friday night, Im leaving work and Im out of vape juice. As I make the 45 mile drive home to greenville I drove past and saw a vapor store with an "open" sign and quickly made a u turn and pulled into the store. My only intention and need was to buy some juice as I knew I would not be able to get to my regular store until Sunday due to my work schedule and the stores hours. I walk in and say I need some juice! I was told " I cant help you, sorry Ive already closed everything". I said what are you talking about I just need to buy some juice, how much is it and Ill pay you cash and you can just keep the change. I was told " my owner gets mad at me when I have overtime, Ive closed everything up already ". I said man its really simple, what is the cost of a bottle and Ill give you cash, ring it up in the morning and you can keep the change so you dont have to mess with it. I was told I could not buy anything. If your so concerned about over time to the point your employe turns away a transaction that would take all of 60 seconds that would make a profit, you need to seriously re work your business model. If I told a customer that I would not get them financed to buy a motorcycle because its 6:58 and I want to leave at 7, I would be fired and I would fire any employee if they told a customer that. Horribly ran business, my first time to ever go into this store and the 60 seconds I spent there will be the last. Shame on you for running such a poor establishment.

I am very glad I found this website. They are always very helpful and friendly. Since the first time I ordered anything from them until the time of writing this review, everything has been the best I could get. There have been a cple of juices I have gotten that I didnt like but that also was no problem at just called them up and they replaced it free of charge with another one of their awesome juices. Always very fast shipping, exactly what I ordered and best of all the best prices Ive seen anywhere on the market. Not to mention their special flash sales and clearance products. Whether you are looking for great juices or full starter kits or just looking to upgrade your hardware or even just looking for replacement coils they have it all at unbeatable prices!!!! I recommend them to everyone I know and even people I have just met for the first time, and they always come back and thank me for passing along the absolute best vapor dealer they have ever dealt with. Dont just take it from me, you absolutely have to try them for yourselves and you will not be sorry!!!! Proud long time customer and I always will be until they close their doors. I ordered two Vision II Spinner e-cig batteries through Central Vapors website, and when I received them I noticed that one of them looked a bit off and seemed to be less than well made. I reached out to Central Vapors customer service and I was shocked when I was told by the customer service rep that they are in fact NOT AUTHENTIC! This is very misleading and potentially dangerous to your customers! You are selling fake and counterfeit batteries from who knows where and advertising them as this brand name. Who knows what else they may be selling that is counterfeit or a knockoff item, caution to all who purchase these and shop with this business! I gave them two stars because they did issue a refund for my item, but it doesnt make up for selling a fake item to begin with.

Age verification for a online order? I order ejuice all the time in the net. and i have never been asked to send my drivers license picture and a picture of my face next to my drivers license. I wanted to try a new flavor and heard the juice is really good. Guess I wont find that out. Sending pics of my drivers license is out of the question. Most ridiculous request from a store I have ever heard. Guess Ill stay with uptown vapors out of Tyler TX. They dont need to run a background check before they ship. And they ship immediately. Not hold your juice for a week and then ask for a picture of my DL. So absurd.

No one seems to know what theyre doing at this place, not even the owner. Ive bought two e-cigs from here that the person helping me recommended, I went back to get coils/replacement parts and they never have what I need In stock. If youre going to sell someone a product you should have the replacement parts/coils in stock. Also, the staff needs to be educated on the products you sell. I cant tell you how many times Ive bought coils, drove all the way home, only to find out they were the wrong coils. This is after showing my e-cig to whoever was working that day, and buying the coils they suggested.

Ive been buying from Central Vapors since they started up at Trade Days a few years ago. Their product quality has always been terrific and their service is great. I always feel like Im ordering from good friends and family. They introduced me to my favorite flavor from their premium line, called Prestige, and it helped me quit smoking cigarettes since December of 2015! I have tried a couple of other places, but the aftertaste always leaves me wanting to go back to Central Vapors. I love their flavors and getting to try new ones they come up with when I get a surprise sample from time to time!

My first time in a vaporizer store today. Had a great experience. River was very helpful guided me through different options for a newbie. He started at a low cost item for people whom are trying to quit smoking. I opted for a little more expensive smok q box which I am super happy with so far. He also explained the different levels of nicotine to me. I am hoping to stay away from cigarettes and I will only come to Central Vapors for my vaping needs. IF YOU ARE THINKING OF QUITING GO TO THIS PLACE. River was very helpful.

Central Vapors offers extremely competitive pricing and quality customer service. Unlike with many other local vape shops, one can expect to save a good deal of money and have access to knowledgeable staff who are more than happy to assist their customers with anything from general product information to troubleshooting and exchanges when necessary. If youre in the market for quality vape gear or liquids made in-house, Central Vapors is definitely worth checking out.

AMAZING... I have been ordering from them for 3 years now and they have always been amazing and helpful, best e-liquid anywhere(and im a truck drive so i have been EVERYWHERE). I also really love that every order has a wonderful personal note on with who made the orders. One "huge" complaint NO STICKERS i want so bad a central vape sticker to put on my computer. Other than the sticker "issue" this place is wonderful and im so happy i found them.
