Being someone who enjoys cigars, it is important for me to find the perfect cigar lounge--one that boasts an array of cigars at fair prices, offers a comfortable lounge with a good environment, and has knowledgeable and friendly staff. These are the key components to any cigar lounge and are all attributes of Fogue and Bates Now, I have been to quite a few cigar shops and lounges across the country, but this one is by far my favorite. To begin, they indeed do boast an array of cigars at fair prices. They have cigars for the first time cigar smoker--such as CAO Flavours, Vega Fina, and other mild flavored, medium bodied cigars--as well as top shelf cigars--such as Cohiba, Fuente, Montecristo, Ashton, Liga Privada, Padron, etc...--for the seasoned cigar smoker. Fogue and Bates carries a great selection of cigars which grows every month. Not only does this shop offer cigars and cigar accessories, they also offer a large selection of pipes, over 35 flavors of pipe tobacco, pipe accessories, and beautiful humidors. Next is the comfortable lounge, one of my favorite attributes of the shop. Inside, there are two lounges, one in the front and one in the back. In the back lounge there are two leather sofas, a glass-top table, plenty of seats, a pool table, and of course, a large LCD flat screen TV for catching all the games. The front lounge offers 2 leather seats as well as a couple barstools, which makes for great socialization among the other cigar smokers. Another great aspect of Fogue and Bates is the amazing events that are put on so there is always something cool to look forward to at this lounge. Finally is the knowledgeable and friendly staff. Any staff member at this lounge will be friendly, personable, and knowledgeable. From the first day that I purchased a cigar at Fogue and Bates, I realized how valuable the staff members are to the lounge experience. Many of you whom have been to several other lounges may agree that some cigar shops and lounges have staff that are either unfriendly, unknowledgeable, or both. This is absolutely not the case with the staff there. It is extremely rare to find such a wonderful group of people at any kind of place, and is indeed a pleasure to be a part of such an amazing business. In business it is a basic principal that customer service is a key element to any company, and boy does this lounge have it. In all, whether you are looking for your first cigar, finding a place to smoke your next, or simply searching for the perfect cigar shop and smoking lounge, Fogue and Bates is the perfect place to go.

I wanted to get cigars for my son for Christmas and googled cigar shops in Tulsa; this store is in my neighborhood and decided to check it out. I did not want to just order cigars on-line and not knowing much about cigars, the owner helped pick out some great cigars. He was SO NICE and graciously spent time explaining the Cigar Rights of America Organization. It is a great place to shop and meet up with pals as there are chairs to relax. As soon as I give my son his presents I will encourage him and his buddies to shop this great neighborhood treasure!!

Great cigar shop. I never had any issues with the cigars being dried out or anything what you would expect. Great selection IMO and the owner is really helpful in finding that right cigar if you are new (as I am). They also have a little lounge area in the back where you can play cards, BS over drinks, or watch some tube. Ive been to quite a few shops finding cigars when I travel and only a few came close to the selection and consistent humidity to ensure you have a nice smoke.

I ve been to every cigar store in Tulsa, and Fogue & Bates has the best customer service and product selection. They constantly monitor their humidors to insure the freshness and proper humidity of their cigars. The extraordinary customer service and friendliness of the staff is an added benefit to their vast knowledge and expertise regarding cigars. They are simply the best in the Tulsa area.

ANY time your in Tulsa your first cigar stop should be Fogue and Bates!!! Smoking room, comfy chairs and couches. Outstanding selection, if you cant find 8 out of your top 10 I would be shocked :) Staff is wonderful, very knowledgeable sales staff, Mike and James are the bomb!

Walked into the humidor and everything was dried out. Selection was fair as far as that goes. Prices were decent. When I walked in the humidity was 67%, which explains why the place was dried up. Not a very well keep shop either.
