Horrible customer service. Sold a defective product. Tried to return they refused. Never buy anything from here. They will sell you defective products and refuse to accept returns. Waste of money. No apology, salesman could care less. Never coming here again, this place is a joke....called to get the salesman name, he refused to give him name. I asked "whom am I speaking to" he said "why do you want to know". Refused to give his name to be accountable for his actions. Like I said, they dont care. Never come here.

Rockstar customer service!!! I roll my own cigarettes. The few times Ive wanderd into smoke shops, I feel like Im "outside" their sales market niche. Not here. I experienced genuine concern, friendship, and even a bromance with the fella that helped me with some RYO questions. He was a rockstar. Thanks Buddy. Give these guys a try if you are in the area.

I have been a customer for about 4 years and have been coming here every two weeks for about 2 years i have never once been so disrespected by an employee ever. A women working the 2978 store on 4/25/17 was completely un professional and rude i live right by this store and will never go again because of this women she was absolutely horrible and rude.
