Update: 8/23/16 - Today I received a new bouquet from Roanoke Florist with an apology for the first one. I wasnt expecting that. I appreciate their efforts to make it right. Todays bouquet is much better than the one I received on Friday. It has fresh flowers that are in better shape. If Roanoke Florist makes arrangements like this, their business will do well and people will want to use them. If not, then business will be driven away. Hope they choose to do better and I appreciate the apology. Friday 8/19/16 - I received a bouquet of flowers from a friend. The flower arrangement was really bad. We I received the arrangement, the flowers were wilting and petals had fallen off. The water was murky. I do not want to offend my friend who sent the flowers. But I want Roanoke Flowers to know what crummy product they deliver. I wouldnt recommend nor use them. Looking at the outrageous prices they have with crummy flowers I was astounded. We have nicer flowers in our yard. I took pictures and would love to share them.

Ive been here twice now. I like having a small and simple arrangement weekly. Theres no personal experience here, just the flowers I ask for. I have tried to be chatty with two different people, but its obvious they dont care why Im there, that Im looking to support local and regular, or that Im attempting to have a business-consumer relationship. The flowers have been nice so far, though the selection is not grand in either of the two times Ive been in. Ill go a third time, and if its not any better (I desire excellent customer service and personal experience anywhere that I go, and I love being loyal to great places), then Ill head to one in Keller I spotted a few weeks ago and try there. I had a fantastic florist in Austin (Texas Blooms) that set my bar higher than it was. This weekly arrangement had become a habitual weekly joy there, and Ill find a shop here that suits me, Im sure.

I received a floral gift on Friday, 10/28 from Roanoke Florist and by Sunday the majority of the flowers were dead. On Monday, I tried several times to phone the business, no answer and no voice mail to leave a message! This arrangement was made up of sunflowers, mums and other fall foliage and the sunflowers should have lasted at least 6 days. They were dead in two! This was obviously a very expensive arrangement and I am heartbroken that the gift giver did not get what they payed for. :(

Super fast delivery, very reasonable prices, and my daughter said the flowers were beautiful and the arrangement was "the cutest thing shed ever seen". I had a hectic morning and was concerned I couldnt still have anything delivered today. Roanoke Florist totally came through in the clutch. I will definitely use them again in the future and Im sure my daughter will too since she lives around there. Thank you for your great service, quality flowers and prompt delivery!

Ordered a corsage for my sons prom date from THEIR photo. They said pick it up BY noon. I went in a 10:30, they hadnt started on it. Said come back in 30 minutes. An hour later it still wasnt ready. When they did finish it the corsage had no resemblance to the photo. Tiny flowers, totally wrong color pallette, and brown edged blooms. When I pointed this out they started pulling petals off the already dinky flowers! I would never use them again!

Walked in to order flowers for my mom for Mothers Day. The service was great. A pretty blonde took my order and she was extremely easy to talk to. Always enjoy giving service to businesses that put in effort to make conversation with you and go out of their way to make sure you get exactly what you want. Will be using Roanoke florist for every occasion now
