So our congregation decided on Friday (after hours), that we DID want flowers for our Purim Celebration on Saturday… but what shop answers phone calls or emails, after hours!? Well, unexpectedly, our email to The Flower Studio was not only returned, but it resulted in a BEAUTIFUL arrangement making it to the sanctuary, 10 minutes BEFORE our set-up crew arrived! And did we mention our instructions were vague but the resulting color scheme (purple and gold), were spot on for the occasion? Truth be told, you can not put a price on excellent customer service or amazing quality… but the aforementioned does have a name. Thank you to The Flower Studio in Austin. Jonathan L. My sweetest darling got me what should have been a beautiful garden of roses. Just one problem, the roses were all black around the edges on the first day. If youre looking to have almost dead flowers delivered to that special someone then by all means use this place. I watered my roses but they didnt last for even 3 days. Nice arrangement, beyond poor quality. Since this was a gift I didnt express how bad they came out to my sweetie, but had I purchased them for someone else I would have asked for a refund.

I order flowers for my wife frequently. The Flower Studio always delivers beautiful arrangements and their people are extremely easy to deal with. I never know what to get her. I know sports and guy stuff not flowers, but all I have to say is "just put something together thats got red in it" and give them a price range and that night when my wife gets home I get a big ol hug and...... Thanks, Flower Studio, for always helping me keep my wife happy and helping me, well, you know.

The flower arrangements here are better and different than anywhere else. When I get my wife flowers from here, even her friends take pictures. If you ever walk into this location, youll see all of the awards that these guys have won for floral design. Their reception team is always friendly. Their deliveries are on-time. Thats why I dont go anywhere else.

First time buying flowers and the Flower Studio made it a great experience. The person I spoke with was very polite and was ready to help. I wish I wouldve found this florist shop earlier instead of wasting my time with Alffs. I guess Alffs is a new business and doesnt really know how to treat customers.

i called an needed a last minute arrangment sent, talked to the lady on the phone about a couple of arrangements on their website..she did an awesome job an got it out...i will be ordering again from this place soon...they are the best downtown florist in austin BY FAR...

I called from the Northeast to have flowers delivered to a friend who lives nearby on West 9th Street, and Coby answered the phone. He was extremely helpful and courteous. My friend reported that the flowers were GORGEOUS. I would highly recommend the Flower Studio.

Love Lisa, love this shop. Im a florist in Dallas and they now have all my business. Its so hard to find a shop that provides a great product and at all budgets! So worth the call. I will never call anywhere else in Austin again! 10 stars all the way!

We placed an order around 4:30 the day before we needed the flowers delivered, and the woman who answered the phone was incredibly sweet and helpful. The recipient said the arrangement was beautiful! The Flower Studio really saved the day!
