VERY Disappointed. I ordered my daughter the Fashionista Bouquet for her birthday and paid $70.00 plus delivery for it. What she got was wilted and looked nothing like the picture. It DID NOT include: green hydrangea, mini gerberas, yellow carnations or green button spray chrysanthemums. It DID NOT include: a gathering vase or a taffeta ribbon with pink raffia. All of these things were stated in the description. I will not use this business again and would not recommend it to others.

I ordered flowers for my girlfriend, to be sent to her work. I ordered them at roughly 4:30pm the day before, I forgot to leave a note to make sure they were delivered before 4pm the following day so she didnt leave before they arrived. I was going to call in the morning to make sure this happened but I didnt have to, she called me at 9:30am the delivery day and they had already arrived. AMAZING. Oh and she LOVED them!!!

I called the morning of my sisters birthday to get flowers delivered to her work. The person helping me over the phone was extremely professional and vowed to put together a beautiful, colorful bouquet. Less than 2 hours later it was delivered to her work and was exactly as he had promised. Im extremely happy with the professionalism and prompt service and would highly recommend!

I was under a time crunch to oget flowers to my wifes office before they closed for the weekend. McPhails not only made a beautiful arragement, but also got it to my wife in less than 2 hours! The flowers were beautiful and i would use McPhails again!
