I recently ordered a bouquet for Mothers Day on the Enchanted Florist website. My parents live out a ways in Hudson Bend, and they were the first local shop I found that actually offered delivery to my parents address. Not only did Enchanted Florist deliver to their door on a weekend, I received a call from the delivery person when my parents werent home at the delivery time to ask me what Id like her to do with the flowers. She was able to re-deliver at a later time when my parents would be home, which was super appreciated given the Texas heat and how far from Downtown they live. This delivery was particularly important to me because, between the time I had ordered the flowers online and Mothers Day, my family found out my mom has cancer. I was nearly in tears at how kind and accommodating they were - they had no idea how much it meant to me that they were willing to spend extra time and care to make sure the flowers made it to my mom. Their impressive level of customer service and the fact that the bouquet looked even better in person than in the photos (I flew back home to Austin shortly after and got to see them myself) makes choosing them again for flower delivery in the Austin area and no-brainer.

I am a couple years late with this review, but here it is. I live in Dallas, a family member passed away and the funeral was taking place in Elgin, small town outside of Austin. The day before the viewing arrangements were being made for flowers, in the town you get what they have available that day. Well needless to say I was not going to spend a few hundred dollars on carnation/leatherleaf arrangements. I have worked in a flower shop before and remembered Enchanted. I called and they were very helpful, the flowers they had available at such short notice with us picking them up were beautiful! We were able to get tropicals for the casket spray and standing spray! They were so nice and I appreciate all their help and great design work. It was nice that they dont really use baby breath or leatherleaf filler, my usual question to find a good florist.

Great product and AMAZING customer service. Purchased a gift basket for a client but wasnt able to pick it up before leaving town (aka I forgot). I did not call and tell them I wasnt coming, and didnt think of it until I got back into town on Sunday, when they are closed- pretty much the worst customer you can ask for. When I went to pick it up on Monday, the staff was very welcoming. To my surprise, the gift basket was still there, ready to go. However, Crystal insisted she replace the cheese as it was no longer fresh. I came back a few hours later to pick it up. The gift basket looked great and she even threw in some extra goodies. They did not have to do this as it was completely my fault it sat so long. This is a business that truly values their customers and I couldnt ask for a better experience. Will definitely be calling them again!

Casa Verde Florist was recommended to me by my grandparents as a great florist choice for my mothers birthday flowers. I live in Portland, Oregon and called the florist for same day delivery in Austin. I described that I wanted a unique and creative bouquet with texture, height maybe some branches. Despite my vague description the florist completely understood what I was looking for and made a beautiful bouquet that my mother loved. I am excited to find an Austin florist I can trust to arrange and deliver beautiful flowers to my family in Austin!

Enchanted Florist is great. They never disappoint. Ive been a customer both personally and professionally for about 4 years. Their flowers are stunning, and can be simply elegant, or loud & extravagant depending on your event. I think there was a guy named Tim who helped set up my departments graduation ceremony with a flower arrangement that was probably 4 ft x 4 ft-- it was gorgeous and theyve been doing this arrangement for us for 4 years. Wont take my business anywhere else!

I called Cho at The Enchanted Florist after seeing a number of positive reviews. Not only was she personable, her team created a beautiful arrangement to celebrate Mothers Day, and my sisters graduation from UT. It was so refreshing to see a beautiful, non-FTD pre-fab arrangement that was delivered precisely on time, and that followed my exact guidelines. I recommend The Enchanted Florist highly, and look forward to calling them again from NYC!

Hands down the BEST florist I have ever purchased from! I ordered my wedding bouquet here and not only was the process easy and simple but they worked with me to create a bouquet that was even more beautiful than what I had imagined. I have been using the enchanted florist for Years. It started when I was courting my wife and I asked for any suggestions and they offered an arrangement of orchids. Little did I know, some other guy had bought a 2 dozen roses from somewhere else (valentines day) and guess who got the girl. I ended up using them for our wedding, anniversary, and when I am in trouble.

Every time I need flowers theres only one place I go, Enchanted Florist! I first found them a few years back when my wife and Is anniversary sneaked up on me and I needed flowers fast! Not a problem - Cho and the gang got them to her that day! I highly recommend them for any occasion that calls for flowers.

I called in and asked simply if there were any deals. The womans response was, "There are absolutely no deals. Youre gonna have to suck it up." As a new and interested customer, that turned me off really quick. My brother and I will be finding someone else to help us send flowers to his special someone.

Lied to me about prices and then proceeded to yell at me on the phone, call me a liar, and treat me like crap. DO NOT TRUST THEM. PLUS, WHAT I GOT WAS undersized, ugly, and worthless. Do NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME. THEY CHARGED ME $90 FOR 16 FLOWERS. GRIFTERS LIARS TERRIBLE BUSINESSES

Read all the reviews before posting mine. Im shocked everyone here is not giving 5 stars. I bought my wife flowers from here once, and everyone in her office loved them. She was thrilled with them. I have high quality expectations, enchanted florist delivers.

The owner is such a talented florist. Her flower designs are unique and special. She knows her flowers very well and knows what designs go with what flowers. I always come her when i need flower arrangements done and I always come out pleased at the end.

If youre looking for a good succulent to send to a friend or a nice arrangement, check this spot out! Same day delivery even. The shop is very cute and has fun trinkets, geometrical vases (very hip for your desk), and the people are very friendly.

Placed an order for same day delivery. Order was never delivered and I never heard from them. I had to call CC company to cancel the charge. If you cant manage same day delivery at least call the customer so they can make other arrangements.
