We received an arrangement for my wifes birthday, and the fruit was not quite up to the quality of past orders. I called the store not to complain, but to see if the fruit was maybe hard to come by out of season? They confirmed that quality strawberries at the time are hard to come by, but that they could send a complementary fruit basket to compensate. The next day a very fresh box of chocolate covered fruit was delivered to my wife. BETTER than Sharis Berries (which she also received for her birthday). From now on were ordering our fruit and gift baskets from this store! Its hard to find good customer service these days, and this store is exceptional!

Ive ordered quite a few arrangements from them and so far they have not disappointed me too much. The only time I was disappointed was when I asked for no pineapple because my wife is allergic to it they explained that they can substitute pineapple but they stated that there is a chance that fruit could have mixed with the pineapple and thats a risk Im going to have to take. I wasnt upset but what they were saying I just didnt like the tone I got from them but even then I understand it because it was around Valentines Day and they were very very busy. Other than that I recommend using this place.

I order a small Order of fruits literally only 6 pieces covered with chocolate for my friend for his birthday and it didnt not get the same day delivery! Very disappointing, but the woman was really sweet about the whole thing.
