I called from Iraq to send my Mom flowers for Mothers Day. The telephone connection was not very good, and Flowers by Nancy Too didnt hear my full credit card number. They sent the flowers anyway! Not until I checked my bank account a couple of weeks later did I find out that I hadnt been charged. I called back to straighten everything out, and they said the flowers were gratis, and thanks for serving our country.

I use Flowers by Nancy, too! when I send flowers to my family near Lake Travis. Their staff is always so helpful and I find that I can rely on their expert designers to always send a beautiful, unique, quality arrangement! I love this florist!

Please avoid this florist. They are rude, condescending, and in the case of my order, outright liars. They will deliver sub-standard, dead flowers that dont even match what you ordered. If I could give them negative stars, I would.
