I have lived in Georgetown for 25 years. Out of all the flower shops Susan has the most gorgeous arrangements in town. The service of The Flower Box and flowers are unquestionably the best in the area. I have received flowers from other florist shops in this area and the service and quality doesnt even compare to The Flower Box. But most of all their arrangements are not the quality I am use too with The Flower Box. I use the Flower Box over and over again as Susan only hires the best to run her shop. I have never been disappointed with any of the florals that I have sent out or for my sons wedding, showers or Bridal Bouquet which by the way was to die for. Susan did the Wedding consultation and guided the bride and me with flowers that not only where gorgeous but so reasonable. I have received nothing but compliments in sending her flower arrangements to others and from the wedding. To me that makes all the difference in sending excellent top quality Flowers and Service to the other shops in town. I have received flowers from other shops and it doesnt even compare in quality, service or attitudes. By far Flower Box is AAA++++!!!

I purchased a Valentines Day arrangement over the phone for my mom. 1. The arrangement had no red or pink flowers and had no resemblance to a Valentinea Day arrangement; 2. Deliver came at 7:40 pm. This was after I asked them for a status update earlier in the afternoon, with no idea of when delivery would occur. They finally called me at 7 saying they had tried to make deliver "several times" but nobody was home. I checked with my mom and she said she had been at home all day. 3. They were unapologetic about being so late and lying to me about attempted delivery. 4. The price was about $15-$20 more than delivered flowers I had for my mother-in-law the same day from a different shop. The arrangement from the other store was not only cheaper but had beautiful red roses and appeared to be a Valentines Day arrangement. Bottom line- I do not recommend using these people for your flower needs, especially if you are either buying an arrangement for a special occasion and need urgent delivery or if you are buying sight unseen and hope to trust their judgment on the finished product. My Mother placed an order of flowers to be delivered to me on Christmas eve. I received one voice mail from The FlowerBox saying they did not know where my street was. Obviously they could not use google maps for some reason and I live in Georgetown where this so called Business is located. I called back within the hour and for the rest of the day with no answer and no ability to leave a msg. They must not have wanted to do the delivery on Christmas eve. Today four day old flowers were delivered to me (they had no trouble finding my place today - amazing huh?) the arrangement was TINY, it cost $75 and honestly I could have done better with $10 of Walmart Flowers. I called to have a conversation with the Manager and she did not bother to call me back. STAY AWAY, the flowers were less then acceptable, the prices over inflated and please do not think you can get decent service. I expected beter from a local company. They should be ashamed!

Absolutely WORST florist in G-Twn, and I had used them exclusively for over 4yrs but they have LOST me FOREVER and I hope I encourage all other G-Twn residents to AVOID THEM FOREVER! Have had quality issues for the last few arrangements, but this last one took the cake. Told me $45 for an arrangement of two dozen carnations.. arrangement ended up looking like loli-pops on sticks with a few babies breath and NO GREENERY which I aske for. Then found out it was $45 per dozen so now it was over $110 for arrangement, vase and delivery.. WHAT!!??? for CARNATIONS??!! Tried to work with manager Suzy Ramos who wanted to ARGUE with me... a long time 4yr customer who has spend HUNDREDS with them over the years.. HORRIBLE customer focus, HORRIBLE management, HORRIBLE arrangements! AVOID this florist at all costs, or just flush your hard earned $$ down the toilet now....

Bouquet Looked Horrible!! I paid $60.00 for a bunch of junky floor clippings that didnt look anything like advertised! They sent the wrong bouquet first and then when i called them to have them fix it they wanted to deliver it the day after valentines day! NO WAY!! The one they sent was a horrible setup, it was thrown together from what looked like floor trimmings. The vase wasnt the same as advertised and the flowers were slim with tones of greenery. I will never return to this place or ever recommend them again. Very, Very, upset at this valentines day that they have given my wife!!!!!! Thanks for ripping me off Flower Box of Georgetown TEXAS!!!

From the time I walked in the door until the time I left, my order was promptly filled and the customer service was great. The floral arrangements that were on display were beautiful and I ended up ordering a gorgeous, simple centerpiece arrangement with bright colored flowers. The shop was clean and everything was displayed nicely. I was very happy with my order when I came in to pick it up the next day! The flowers were perfectly as I had pictured and looked beautiful at home. I will definitely be returning in the future. Georgetown is a great place for such a great business!

I trusted the good reviews for the florist to have flowers sent to my sister for her birthday (10/9/14). I live out of state, so of course, I was nervous. The staff / florists were so reassuring and friendly upon ordering, they seemed confident they knew what I wanted. My sister sent me a picture and WOW, they are SO beautiful. THANK YOU so much for helping me make her birthday special. I will definitely use you guys again if the need arises, and Im sure she is happy to know where to go for her floral needs as she has only lived there for a year. THANKS AGAIN!!

I got a stunning bouquet of lilies and roses delivered to my office for Valentines day from my sweet hubby. It also came with chocolate dipped oreos (from local sweet serendipity) which were to die for! The driver came in the front door of our office and we all just waited to hear our name...I was the lucky one! The flowers are still vibrant and colorful and the buds on the lilies are still opening. The red roses are so tall and gorgeous! My b-day is coming up and Im going to hint around for a "re-fill" in that vase! ;) Thanks for making our Valentines Day special!

I live in upstate New York, but have family in Georgetown. I called from New York and placed an order over the telephone for delivery of flowers in Georgetown. The person who took my telephone order was gracious and attentive. I had to call back and change the delivery date (my fault) and the second (different) person I spoke with was equally gracious and attentive. My arrangement was delivered on time and delighted my family. The arrangement was full and beautifully composed. Out of town customers can feel confident when ordering from this florist!
