4 days ago I bought 2 corydoras for my bettas tank. One was acting lethargic after I put them in the tank, while the other was super active. The next day, the lethargic fish was dead. I went to get my money back for the fish and was told since my water quality wasnt "Perfect", that I wouldnt be able to. I was mad but I was okay with it, as I have worked in retail before and I know no one likes a bitchy customer. I left with no issues. That night my betta started acting a little weird, and by the next morning he was completely lethargic with little holes in his fins!! And the other cory only has half a fin! Ive had to buy medicine and Im treating them both now, all because I bought these fish from this stupid place, my betta has fin rot! Thanks for not only keeping my money, but costing me more money, and possibly having to lose my poor fish who did nothing to deserve this! Really disappointed, and definitely not going back here for fish ever again. Ive had better experiences with walmart fish! UPDATE: Ive been treating my betta with medication, but he didnt make it. He had never had any problems til I bought the corydoras from petco and let them in his tank. For sure never fish shopping at this petco ever again.

I can not express how happy I am with the grooming service my Chloe got at Petco. I had gone and spoke with them the day before I took Chloe there and I was very worried about it due to her being hurt at another place she has been groomed at since she was a puppy. I felt very comfortable with all the groomers there that day they where honest and straight forward with me that I really appreciated. I took Chloe in the next day and Ashley H was the groomer for my Chloe. I was shocked when I picked her up she was Beautiful!!! Ashley did a wonderful job and my Chloe was not shaking or upset one bit. I will keep taking Chloe there because I could tell that Ashley was really a caring person when it comes to pets. I would without any doubt highly recommend Petcos grooming services they are so worth it. My Chloe is a Yorkie and is normally really scared when it comes to things like this but she was not afraid one bit with Ashley. Thank You so much Ashley H :)

Never get your dog groomed at this place, took my four months mini schnauzer to get a schnauzer cut, the groomer David said that he had matts on his chest which could have easily been brushed but he said that he couldnt, fine I didnt miss bad it was hot out he didnt need all the hair when I went to pick him up that cut that David gave him look like I could have did it myself the cut was so uneven, he looked like a dog that needed to be shaved from being on the streets too long his neck was cut so close to his skin it was pink and flushed he went against the hairs instead of shaving them the way they were growing I asked him not to shave the beard his beard was cut all the way off his nail was better untrimmed the cut was so raggedy they hurt more now than ever seventy dollars down the drain and I had to take him to his vet because under his neck was so irritated

Ill buy supplies but I took my dog to get groomed and it was not worth it. He was a little matted on his chest and it couldve been brushed out but she said they couldnt and they were going to shave him all over. That was fine, but the overall job was not what I expected. His rear had uneven hair and they didnt trim the hair on his private area, which I think is very important for personal hygiene. The inside of his ears were trimmed but smelled. If he still smells the bath was pointless because I have to take him back home just to bathe him again. Mini schnauzers usually keep their beard and he had a line whereit was cut too close. Fortunately, it didnt break the skin. I dont think Im being too demanding considering that I am paying for it and I dont even mind if its a little pricey as long as its a good job.

I dont usually like leaving these but this place has decided to ignore me and pretend nothing is wrong. I will be posting pictures and I will be contacting several authorities including the FDA. They are selling dog food with mold and maggots in the food. Please if you are someone who purchases dog food from this place, please be aware of this and keep an eye on the food you buy. I dont know if they just got water on their products but they didnt seem to care when I discussed it with them and seemed all to eager to just continue selling the food as it is. I wont be coming back here as I can trust these people with the health of my dog.

Got my dog groomed there and it was 70 dollars. The customer service there is horrible. I called to check up on my dog and a cashier named nelvin answered he was rude saying that if they havent called you then shes not ready yet. And then when I talked to the manager Joel about the situation he didnt even apologize about it. Also they charged me 70 dollars without telling me it was gonna be that much and that they added add ons without explaining there where going to charge extra. Will never recommended anyone to go there. Horrible place.

Been taking our dogs there since 2009. The groomer Katy was rude saying "If your going to have Shih Tzus you need to groom them better." Ive got the same cut everytime without problems but this time she said I had to shave them all the way. Im in tears we paid $150 for this service. My appointment was at 10:30 and they still werent done by 2:30 & when I called the lady answers saying " Have they called? Then theyre not done." If the treat humans this rudely how are they treating my babies? Theres gotta be a better place.

The last couple of times Ive been to the store, the place was a mess at the fish/aquarium section. Stuff was all over the place, shelves were empty, there were several sick and dead fishes in several of their tanks. Petsmart does a better job at organizing their fish in their aquarium. At petco theyre all mixed up in all the tanks and the price tags are all over the place. You cant find the price of a specific fish because the price tag for that specific fish is located somewhere else or not there at all.

Petco have great fish specially there gold fish there really really great price it like $2.99 for each in petsmart each goldfish cost around $5.99 and those goldfish never last more that a 3 weeks sometimes there not good health but petco goldfish is great there health and I have 4 months with them now. Some fish In petco is cheaper that petsmart. Petco is great place to go and buy fish.

Meh... it was just ok. Not much for matching leeds and collars for dogs. Not much for finding a short enough collar when I went either. Maybe they were expecting a shipment that didnt show up on time? Unsure. Anyways... its ok.
