Im writing this review on behalf of my father considering he is not tech savvy, but is a very intelligent man. He drove to work this morning and suspects he ran over a road work sign after the strong winds and rain last night. He arrived to work and discovered two of his tires were extremely low. He took them off and loaded them into a company truck, drove them to this store, and dropped them off for repair. 15 minutes later, he received a call and an employee told him there were holes the size of his pinky finger in both tires and were beyond repair. My dad claimed B.S. and drove back up there and asked to see the tires. They retrieved the tires but the holes were not visible like they claimed. The manager was irate at my dad for calling him out on bull in front of other customers. He asked for his tires back and told them he was taking them somewhere else and the manger replied, "do me a favor and never come back here again". Dad went down the street and had both plugged for $30. No issues with the tires since.

Seriously this location went above and beyond customer service, special thanks to Rodney Cody and Ivan. I found out I had a nail in my tire so I went to get it removed and plugged, but I later found out the tire already had an existing plug which could not be plugged again. I asked if they could put the spare tire that I had in the trunk and I then that would allow me enough time to figure out what I would have to do to replace the other one since I was short on cash. Well, come to find out my spare was expired and for safety reasons could not be used. So when it was all said and done they gave me a used tire so that I could drive home safely free of charge. This was a big blessing and I will be returning to this location to buy all 4 tires!!! Thank you again for helping me out when I really needed it!

Ive been a customer here since they opened this location and Ive had generally positive experiences. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The prices here are good or comparable to the competition. They also offer free air checks and lifetime rotating and balancing. The only downside is that these guys seem rushed and Ive had my wheels scratched when they changed tires once. Other than that, everything has been good.

Just great overall experience! Jacob is great with customer service and follows through on what he says he will do. He helped me out with pricing on some TPMs that went out that they noticed when changing my tires. Also had some interaction with Derek. He got the tires to the location within hours and my appointment wasnt even for 3 days. Fast friendly and fairly priced. Customer for life!

I just went to get my tire pressure check. When I pulled up no one ever came to my car so I had to get out and stand in line for a air check. I was not greeted when I walked in. Once in there was only one person in line and two service. it took 20 plus minutes to just check my tire pressure. They were very apologetic in the end.

Being a young girl when I go into car places I expect them to take advantage of the fact that I dont really know much about cars. I just went to get my tire fixed because I had a flat the other day and I expected them to make me pay for a whole new one but nope they found the hole and patched it up.

Came in because I noticed my car was shaking when I sped up to 65 or above and slowed down at a high speed or suddenly. Took care of my needs with a smile within 15-20 minutes but did not inform me beforehand I needed to pay $13.50 for warranty on the new tire. Glad I had it. Transparency people!

Update..stopped leaking...When your tire still leaks after being fixed twice and car drives worse you realize why its called discount Appointment means nothing..very slow and still takes all day for car to be checked
