The gentlman with the red hair that helped me was absolutely rude! I have had little silent air leaks in my tires due to the amount of driving I do. Anyways, the first time this happened to me I drove up to the Terrell location and they made it so easy for me. Took my keys told me to wait and theyll come get me once everything was finished. Since I bought the warranty on my tires it was easy they checked them, patched it up. I got the warranty yet again just in case and I was on my way. Here I am same issue, drove to the Rowlett location since I was in the area. Walked up to the red head guy explained, I believe there is an air leak in one of my tires. Not sure which one since my husband just placed air in all just thinking it was due to the weather the air in tires fluctuate. Anyway, I asked the same thing can you check my tires and patch it up if there is an air leak. Gave him my number explained that I have warranty on my tires. This guy then says in an annoyed tone well, I need to know what were doing to your car. Could I be any more specific?! I said again the tire light is on can you please have someone check my tires. He rudely says, yeah and itll be about an hour in a half you want to wait. Of course I do! Not to mention his tone was so rude as if I am this inconvenience to him because its not a sale. Oh yeah and while hes being rude not caring for my safety since Im 8 in a half months pregnant! Absolutely no customer service here. I ended up calling the Terrell location to ask what the procedure is and they said yes, thats all you need to do. Not sure why this man was so rude to me!

Ive never been to a Discount Tire with anything less than great service. And Ive been to quite a few different ones, inside and outside of Texas. Always friendly and always willing to help. The free air-check is something they dont make money off of but when I pulled in today, W.J. saw us from inside the store, came outside and said "pull it right up!" Then we did and he cheerfully aired up the tires. I bombarded him with questions because I noticed the machine set the PSI and he just attached the nozzle. But he didnt mind my questions. He just kept on working. This was my sons car so I was showing him how easy it is to get his tires checked and aired without spending $1 at a gas station and doing it himself. I recommend Discount Tire to everyone especially their prices as well!

The guys at this location really went out of their way to help me install my wheels on my car. I was going to be charged $350 for lug nuts from a stealership! When I told the guys about it they went above and beyond to find the lug nuts I needed and saved me $300! Ive been to a lot of discount tire locations and this has to be one of the best. The atmosphere at this location makes it obvious that they have bought into discount tires customer first approach. Glad they are in my neighborhood.

Great place with employees that care. I had a tire going down on me on the way home from work, was deflating fast. Stopped in at 6:05pm, they close at 6pm. The store manager saw me through the door, told him I needed an emergency repair, he took me in even though they were closed and fixed my tire. These guys are the best. I have been buying my tires from DT for a long time now and they keep justifying my reasons for doing so. DT is the best place to buy tires period.

I went to Discount Tire because my low tire light was on. As it turned out I had two nails in my tire. They fixed it quickly and didnt charge me a thing! In addition to that the technician working on the tire took the time to make sure I understood how to properly care for my tires. I havent had customer service like that in ages. It was very refreshing.

Ive used them for years. This time I had one tire like new so ordered 3 to match. Took a few days for delivery. Waited for an hour only to discover the shop tech put the wrong tires on my car. I thought they were trying to pull a fast one but my tires really were there. Problem corrected. No harm done. I will still recommend.

Have been going to discount tire for years ever since we stopped by during a pouring rainstorm to have them look at a tire that had gone flat. They fixed the tire and did not charge us. Have now been back for four tire changes since then always getting great service and good prices. No complaints at all.

Tried to make me buy brand new tires when I tried getting them flipped, said I had wire showing on both wheels. I checked myself and both tires didnt have threads or wires showing. Always trying to make you buy something more than you need. Ill take my money elsewhere

This store manager, Clint was very accommodating at a busy open rush on a Saturday morning. The entire staff ensures you know that they understand youre waiting and will be with you ASAP. I also like how they seem to have fun while they work - lifes short, have fun!

There is NO reason to go anywhere else. Everytime Ive dealt with them I was glad I did. A couple times Ive had to set things up over the phone for my wife to come in and they have treated her great. They do stuff right, fast, and have good prices.

Very reasonably priced, changed all 4 tires on my 2010 Town and Country, my tire pressure sensor came on but they said it would go off after a few miles and it did. Customer service was good and quick. No complaints, will be back.
