Sunday, Dec.4th 4:40pm, went to Dollar Tree in Rowlett, black female cashier - horrible customer service!!! Doesnt speak, acknowledge your there, answered her cell phone while checking customers out. I said something to her when it was my time to be checked out & she got an attitude & tried to reverse the situation. She needs TRAINING & an ATTITUDE adjustment! ! DOLLAR TREE needs to higher friendly, polite, customer service individuals

I had a pretty good experience. David the manager has a BAD attitude problem! The cashier Lacy is AMAZING and I and a lot of people from Rowlett think she should be the manager!!!!!! Loved it only because of Lacy!

The prices are great! Lol! But the store is normally in disarray! Every time I go in there, the store is messy and chaotic. But I am usually able to find what Im looking for. The staff is friendly as well.

Tons of quality brand name stuff for $1 or less. Great for party supplies, household supplies, food, hygiene, and seasonal items. I save tons of $ every month.
