Ive found nothing fast about this FASTSIGNS location. I first contacted them after the FASTSIGNS location in Sherman told me that they could not or more precisely would not make hood stripe for my car as they did not have the hood templet for my car. Sherman referred me to the McKinney location. I decided to call them first before driving the 80 mile round trip. I described what I was looking for and the sales rep told me that it would not be a problem. He told me that even if they didnt have the template that they could still apply the hood stripe. So the next morning I drove to the McKinney store so they could take photos and measurements. Once they had what they needed and I had selected the color, the rep told me that they would email a quote and a proof for my approval. That was three weeks ago. Four phone calls and a second trip to McKinney has done nothing to speed up the quote and proof process. Really disappointed in lack of customer service that Ive received to this point. I recommend using another company if you desire your project completed in a timely fashion. Three weeks plus to still be waiting on a quote for a 30" long tapered hood stripe is ridiculous.

This place have horrible customer service and lack integrity. When I first visited this place to get a small logo done for my office, the owner was very rude and act like she did not want to help me at all. He was very impatient with me to top it off. It has been two weeks and the logo sign has not even been completed and he has not even sent me a quote. I have called several times and all I get is lies. The owner constantly say it will be emailed by the end of the day. When I asked why it is taking so long to get quoted or done, the owner got an attitude with me. This place is independently owned and I dont recommend this place to anyone. If youre going to get a sign done, by all means find another one unless you like getting lied to and waiting a long period of time. This place should have been named Slow Signs. Just a terrible business!!!!

What a joke 2 weeks to get a proof after Lie after Lie after Lie about why they hadnt had time to do it. Then after a rude owner blew of the fact that they had really dropped the ball and didnt acknowledge the fact that it had effected my business. I reluctantly ordered the signs with a delivery date that was never filled and excuse after excuse finally lead me to believe the Owner Greg doesnt have clue what Customer service means!!! I wouldnt wish this place on my worse competitor nothing but headaches and wasted time!! Greg and Kristen are some of the worst in the business...

I have had Fast Signs in McKinney design and apply various special decals and stripping on two of my VW. They do excellent work and in a timely fashion. My wife is getting a 2013 Beetle and the owner, Greg only took a few hours to get back with me on pricing to cusrom wrap it in a unique color. He took the effort to visit the Jeep dealer to examine the color of the Rubicon. I went by to see his quote and was surprised to find out that one of his workers from years ago is still there and remembered me. I would never hesitate dealing with this store.

No "Fair" involved, just POOR. Poor communication, no followthrough, and seemingly surprised after cancellation of the sign when my trip to the site yielded no sign two weeks after promised date. Not only my worst sign experience, but probably the worst business interaction Ive had and Im a retired 66 year old. Whatever the owners response to this review, I would take with a grain of salt and some disbelief. I should have paid more attention to the first review.

Gave them not one, but two chances to make our signs. We went in, a rude gray haired man took our information and said that he would email a quote. Almost 2 weeks later, no quote. My husband called, was told they would email the quote. Several weeks later, STILL waiting for that quote! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service. Go to Signarama in McKinney. Wonderful people to work with.

Had a great experience with this Fast signs. Have worked with other sign shops and this is without question, one of the best. I had a last minute project and the staff helped me design some of our ideas, and refine some of the ideas that we had developed. Quick turn around, and a pleasure to work with. Thanks to Greg & the staff at Fast Signs! Will definitely be back!

Manager / owner is unbelievably rude. If it really is his business he needs to retire and let someone else run it. When I told him that my very large order was going to be placed elsewhere do to their slow response time and him being short with me (despite me being very patient while waiting for a quote), he didnt care at all. Do NOT do business here.

Do not waste your time and money dealing with them, they are rude, always late and make me promised that they didnt keep, I will drive ANY length not to have to deal with them again, owner was just rude..
