Ive been to several UPS locations in the past and this is by far the worst custumer service experience I have encountered. Teresa, my sales associate, gave me such a hard time because my signature as well as my photo did not look exactly the same as it appears on my DL. At the time of the photo, I didnt have any makeup on so my apperace today coming from work was different from the photo in the DL. When I told her that this was the first time that I had experienced any issue with my photo at any UPS store, she told me that she had been studying how to authorize notary requests. I was not offened by the request because I understand that everyone has a job to do to prevent any identity theft. However, her way of requsting further confirmation of my identity was done in an unprofessional and rude way. I hope that in the future no customer will have to experience this type of customer service that I did with Teresa.

Very poor customer service provided by the manager of this UPS store location. If you need notary public services rendered, I would recommend taking them to a knowledgeable notary public (your local bank usually does it for free I found out) and not to this particular location. They are not equipped to handle even the simplest of notarial transactions. He was also particularly rude in his handling of the transaction and in subsequent emails still refused to acknowledge his ignorance on notary law. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere...

Friendly staff, repeatedly REALLY helpful! The USPS would never help with mailing items to the degree these people do. They helped me tape the box together, print the label including entire address, & put it all together for me!
