They open at 7am. I arrived at 9 with a sign on the door that said "sorry for the inconvenience will be back in 10 minutes" so I waited over 30 minutes and no one showed up. If you dont have staff to cover the store then dont post you open at 7am.

At 11:45 AM today no one inside store and door was locked, but hours state they are supposed to be open. Seems like this is a common problem with this location. Took my business across the street to UPS.

called to find the rates to a international destination the manager put me on hold for more than 05 minutes &later it was transferd to automated syestem ,all togater i wasted .30 minutes of my time .
