Avoid this location. Similar to the previous reviewers experience, my experience with the owner of the store was rude and unprofessional. I went in to ship an item where the top of the box was untaped and was asked to pay a dollar for tape along one side that was the length of a shoe box. Its not that the owner asked for the dollar (which by the way, a dollar is overkill for a small piece of tape) but it was the rude way he demanded it. In all my time going to UPS stores I have never encountered anyone so rude before and as the other reviewer confirmed it was the owner of all people. His lack of customer service and professionalism is only outmatched by his protruding gut (so youll know him when you see him). Hopefully you do not run into this person or better yet just go to any other UPS location.

This is a great store with friendly, helpful staff. I usually ship items here, but today I went to FedEx at Coit/Campbell, where I was told they could not ship my box until I got a different box - literally I was told to leave. I went to UPS and I was told that not only would they ship my box, theyd package it in a new box for me. This UPS location has already had great customer service, but they made me extra happy today. I wont ship my boxes with anyone else from now on!

Friendly service, very fast. I usually go here to handle my Amazon returns which is as simple as sending in the shipping label via email to print at the store and they properly tape up my package and the label in a clear plastic. I came here once to send in a personal item and pricing was reasonable for the distance and arrived when it was supposed to.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS the owner is extremely rude no customer service skills at all very nasty attitude. Had a very bad experience he even screamed at my child which is only 2 years old because he was "messing up his store" he was just touching some stuff like any child would do. Do yourself a favor and do not go to this store.

Avoid this location; the staff is not only unhelpful, but extremely rude. After receiving terrible service, I took my package to the location on Spring Valley and Audelia where I received excellent customer service. I dont usually leave these reviews, but I feel compelled to do so because the service was so bad.

RACIST. RUDE. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL. the manager was rude since the beginning. It makes you feel like "I dont want you in my business" speaking like "get the hell out of here". I was polite as usual but this guy gets anyone off balance right away! Rude, rude! A true a&+%@ hole!

One of the best store I have ever visited . When I went there were total 3 guys , all of them are so nice and friendly . They took care of notarizing my document though I was bit late. Definitely I would come her again. Thank you so much.

Extremely shortsighted practice. They charge you to drop off postage prepaid packages. Drive 2 mins north on Coit to Campbell location where prepaid drop offs are free.
