I go here fairly regularly to scan/print large drawings for my classes. I also take my final pages here to be bound into booklets and they always do it right the first time. Im sure it helps that I always make sure to have everything in order, organized and ready to be bound, so mistakes are minimized. One man in particular stands out. I wish I could remember his name, but hes the Indian guy if it helps. He always smiles and says "hi." When he taught me to use the scanner he was noticeably careful with my papers (drawn onto vellum, so pretty delicate-- not an experience Ive had at other fedex offices where they insisted on scanning them and passing the papers back to me somewhat carelessly), was very careful when he bound my project, and is just generally very attentive, diligent and welcoming. Its part of the reason I prefer this location. That and the location itself is very bright and neat.

Ive gone three for three at this place with bad service and extraordinarily high prices. Yes, Kinkos has always had high prices but you pay the premium for convenience right? Not at this place. I submitted a print online job this morning at 9 am. At 10:45 am they said it wasnt supposed to be ready until noon and there wasnt another soul in the shop, no machines were running. I said Id be back in 20 minutes could they have it ready by then? 20 minutes later the clerk says she cant open the file (.pdf). Maybe if they had started the job when it was submitted they could have figured that out and called me. hmmm. One time error? nope. Been in here two times before and received similar treatment. No need to waste your time here.

SWEET BABY

Probably the worst shipping center in the state of Texas. The employee, Sasha, was completely of no use on a shipping issue. She did not offer alternatives, simply "We cant get it there". Serious lack of customer service. Tried to call the store and got, Amari, equally of ZERO help. Asked for a manager, they said there wasnt one and she wouldnt be in until Thursday. Really FedEx? You are going to let these employees run your store? I will never set foot in another FedEx location. If THIS is how these are run, there are PLENTY of other options to get mail out. Go to UPS, USPS, or your local mail box place. These girls will just leave you hanging. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER IN MAIL DELIVERY!! Avoid this location at all costs.

Wow... I just cant believe how rude this girl was to me today at this location. Her name was Amarrie, I asked her if I could just pay for a single item (tape) I wanted to buy, while a customer is putting her stuff together in a box and this place was empty. No one else were there but me and this other customer. She just said "no you can wait." With an attitude while I was genuinely kind when I asked. And Im the business owner next door. Wont be getting my business anymore for sure! I came here to pick up my office supplies occasionally but Wow... I cant just believe thats how FedEx allowed people like that to provide customer service! !!

Of the 2 locations in Plano close to me, this is definitely the worst. The customer service is terrible. Most of the people that work there ignore you, then act bothered if you need something. Faxes sent to Plano mysteriously need to be sent long distance so they can charge more. Copy machine never works. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

I love this FedEx Office. The staff is very friendly and helpful. In my line of work, I am required to drop off packages so they can be shipped. I always come here. Mario is outstanding and is always willing to assist. Thats not to take away from the other people who work there. They are all outstanding.

Unhelpful and rude! The lady behind the desk sat and watch me struggle 10 times trying to fax something with their ghetto old fax machine. Why even have employees there if they only stand and watch you fail? Just left with nothing faxed.

This location has an employee named Sasha that is THE WORST. She WILL NOT help you, she will simply look at you. You will get a fellow customer to help you more. Dont bother with this store, it is a COMPLETE WASTE of time!

This is a great little FedEx Office location with friendly workers and rarely a wait. Very light traffic compared to the Preston/Park location. Subtracting one star because of the limited hours its open.

I ship from this location all the time. The staff is very helpful. Have not ever had any problems. Hands down this FedEx store is faster and friendlier than the two competitors that are located near by.

My go to place for all things copy related. I can get in and get out in a jiffy and if I am stuck the staff is friendly. There is an Asian older gentleman...very friendly and quite knowledgeable.
