OH MY GOSH!!! This UPS store has the most ah-mazing staff working there... I almost turned around -- because of the location -- but thank goodness I didnt!! The whole experience was amazing!! These people bend over backwards to help you!! Packing peanuts are sold for like $3 for enough to fill 2 boxes!!! (The other location I called quoted me $6 for 1 sq. ft!!!! WHAAAA???) While I was being helped, another lady came in to try and send a return back, and it was a USPS return, and the guy told her shed have to take it to the post office -- BUT -- not before he TAPED THE BOX FOR HER!! Because "Here, let me get that for you, the post office will probably charge you for tape." Seriously. I wasnt sure if people like this even existed in this world anymore!! **FAITH IN HUMANITY RESTORED!!** This is a GEM of a UPS store!!!!! I wish all shopping/shipping experiences could be this easy!!!

I was returning textbook rentals to Amazon, and since I dont own much office supplies I just showed up with the printed labels, the books, and the torn open boxes, hoping to use their supplies and figure it out. But when I asked for their tape/scissors, they declined and said theyd do it for me! I was in and out in less than a minute. My mind is actually blown.
