Its Saturday in the morning, I am not fully awake, I stopped to send a package to Brasil, but the fedex attendant, was not able to tell me if what I was sending was allowed or prohibited thefore he kept saying I am sorry but I dont know, I dont know, I dont know. So young and so stupid. I had to drive to another fedex location later that day to send the same package.

i had an awful experience. The individual that helped me was extremely rude. This employee could have cared less to try and help me out. It was just an overall unpleasant experience. I will make sure to never use this specific location again.

Got nothing accomplished, spent 30 minutes trying to print something. Unprofessional staff, ill trained. did not know what they were doing, lolly gagging all while the computer is charging my card. I wont be returning to this location.

Kinkos used to be so good. Now, particularly at this location, they look for reasons not to be able to do what I need. Looks like Im headed to Staples.
