Management seems nice, helpful, and super cool. However, Ive only interacted with one or two staff members, and this week I watched Leandra (spelling?) get impatient with a middle eastern man who was asking for a rate choice on his shipment. She seemed like she was intentionally being unhelpful, as I have used the current fexex shipping program she was on (Im a former employee out of state). I know she had all the rates in front of her on one screen, and she seemed to be giving him the least possible information, and just saying "what day you want it there? Saturday? Monday? When?" Instead of offering him a day and a price, which the screen does for her. Then when I got help, she was super not interested in being there, and I couldnt even get a reaction when I thanked her and offered her well wishes for the rest of her day. Even getting a receipt for my pre-labeled shipment seemed like it was too much work for her. I didnt share anything about how she treated the other man with her, as I expect it would have started a fight. Hoping the manager reads this review and works on hiring more helpful and polite staff.

In the past, Ive enjoyed my experiences at FedEx as I often found it to be a great place to take a nap. I chalked it up to exhaustion but now that Ive been hanging out in line with a couple other disgruntled customers, Im realizing that 1) Im not even tired usually and 2) the wait at every FedEx Ive been to has been extraordinarily and painfully long. Fortunately, interacting with employees here is more or less pleasant and makes my 1.5 hour wait for shipping a little more bearable. Im not sure that my boss will understand though, so Ill probably stick with UPS going forward.

The staff here are nice but this location is always under staffed. The be back in 10 minutes sign is often up since there is just 1 person working and when they are there they are too busy. 1 person doing print orders, shipping, register, etc doesnt work. For the over priced printing that you charge you should be able to hire someone else.

Company bureaucracy makes it impossible to expect basic service such as minute label printing. 24 hours for couple of labels when printers were working and label sheets were available, really? For printing needs: save yourself time and money go to postnet!

Employees and manager wont even ask if you need anything pretty much have to self serve here at this location. One employee was vacuuming under the copiers the whole entire time I was there. Did not wait till no customers in the store. Will not be back.

The staff at this location are very helpful, friendly, kind and patient. Everything you need when you are dealing with important business matters. Id recommend this location to anyone, and I will use them again when I need printing or shipping services.

The staff is helpful and cheerful and the place is clean and neat. I have taken several rush jobs early in the morning and Steven is always determined to make the experience a success. They earned my business.

FedEx make us fools with "Priority" meaning "not actually priority". Not sure if its the mistake of this store to dispatch the shipment late of the whole FedEx system which made it delay significantly!
