Dear fed ex please find new employees whom are right for this job, who have great customer service and are friendly, your employee "PRE" (is what she called herself) is the Worst employee ever, shes very rude she gave the worst customer care to my mother whom was just trying to help me out by going to pick up my package since Ive just had a baby and cant leave my home! She gave my mom so much trouble she told her, I had to come myself and get it that she wasnt able to and gave my mother attitude the whole time, as soon as I sent my mom the tracking #, she was trying to show it to "pre" and "pre" put her hand in front of her phone as replied with "wait" ..... Wait?? Is this the way to speak to any customers??? I even had to call myself to inform her that she was there for me and pre gave me attitude over the phone and hanged up on me and I was not even done talking!! I paid for this shipment it was not free! Im a paying customer. I deserve respect especially my mother, she deserves way better care than what we both experienced today! My mother called me very upset to let me know your employee "pre" was so rude to her! Pre Im not sure what your deal was but please take a moment to rethink your life over and if this is the right job for you! I will definitely be calling Monday morning and to speak with the manager Adriana Rodrigez, and I do hope actions takes place, my mom is a very sweet lady and its rare to ever receive a disturbing phone call from her being upset!! I will never be coming here again!!! I will rethink my deliver services next time and call UPS! Worst customer service ever -Unsadisfied customer

I wouldnt recommend coming here. I came to the FedEx location because I thought they would have more of a selection of shipping boxes/envelopes than my office already had. (not so much) I spent 45 minutes here out of my work day, which should have only taken 10-15 minutes. There was just one employee on the floor, and took another employee about 20-30 minutes to come out and help the other employee. The person helping me seemed very incompetent of how to ship my materials, trying to put a 11 x 17 report in a small box, etc. then sealed up the box with the address of where it was being shipped before creating the label. Then, after finaly figuring it out, the internet wasnt working so I had to hand write me the label, tracking number... Long story short, I couldve just done this from my office and used one of the boxes we had instead of wasting my time there.

Dont expect much help out of the person who closes this location. We sent over a set of plans to be printed that was needed for a bid that was due the next day. I showed up as the guy was walking out the door. He refused to simply go in and let me pick up the plans, they had called and said they were done. This person that was closing was rude and didnt care about the importance of these prints. This guy stood there, while holding keys in his hand, said he had no way of getting in, then changed his storey and said he had no way of ringing me up, I even offered cash plus extra for his help. He refused to help, lied about why he couldnt help and ran to his car and drove away. What a sorry excuse, FedEx "Whatever it takes" my ass!! Your customer service is pathetic!!!

Dont come here.I got to the door and the girl told me right away they could not ship my package for weird reasons. I have been shipping with fedex for 5 years everyday clearly they dont have no training and only want to sell their boxes for compaby profitable gains. Please fedex shut this location down. There is no need to upset customers.

The last 2 times I have needed rushed services, this location has always came through! The amazing lady, Pre, who works there also catches my errors and calls me if what I ordered is out of the norm so that she can make sure thats how I wanted it. I cannot say enough nice things about Pre and this location!

I was having trouble accessing my files I needed to print from Google Drive. The representative informed me that I can send an email to their store that will allow them to print my files. I didnt know this before and was happy the representative was able to assist.

Seriously the most unprofessional, slow, ignorant customer service people i have met. None of them knew how to properly handle large framed print. They need to feed this people because no energy nor apparent wish to work and serve.
