Please take your printing needs to another establishment. It is not worth your money here. I went to Alpha Graphics in Irving and got the prints done for $28 in under an hour with great service and didnt pay Fedexs fee quoted at $130+. Went in for a simple print and cut job like I have done multiple times before at other locations. I was quoted on price by a nice employee then quoted a significantly higher price from the manager, Pre. I feel like being told a print jobs cost is almost 5x times more expensive than it should be is not ethical or good business.

I dont know about mails at this location..but I was using that desktop they had to download and print a statement...FedEx really..that is the slowest internet I have ever had in some time..u make 30 cents per minute and it takes a minute to load one page...totally pissed off..and Victor dont make ppl wait even though they are right in front of you and you know you have staff who are doing nothing..

Horrible service!!!! They came to deliver a package we waited home for all day and didnt knock out a note on the door and ran away. I hope you get fired for not doing your job. They told my wife they would come back in 2 hours to deliver and we called back they said no thats not possible. I will use ups from now on at least they do their job right.

Do not go to this location . Worst customer service Rude Employees stand there and talk to each other with customers standing in line . I shipped a box , employee dropped the box ripped a piece off than tells me they can not ship it like that . Expecting me to buy a box . Use UPS

I have used Fedex for twenty years and this is an excellent location. They do not have the huge corporate accounts that the MacArthur location does, but they provide all the services I require. I find the employees at this location are extremely helpful and I use it quite regularly.

Watched notary work with other clients. Her work was done with care advising clients about the issues involved in shipping product. When my turn came, she advised me to take it to the post office since the address involved a post office box.

Slow and rude when you need service immediately for a last minute project. Brandon is a good manager and helps when you have time to plan a print job... But its still expensive. They have the power to negotiate prices on big deals

Went in and was immediatley attended. Very helpful staff and pleasant also. They helped me get my paperwork downloaded and printed and I was done much faster than I had hoped for. Thumbs Up!!

If I could rate zero I would, horrible service lazy staff and the manager is the worst customer service, you dont tell your customers you cant do it. Need to hire new and friendly faces!!

Went to create a personal desk calendar but you have to pay to scan images?? Go to Walgreens or Walmart and do the same but no cost to scan.

These guys are fast and efficient even on the weekends when most places slack off. They are my goto for sending and printing.
