"Over Delivery" is the one phrase that adequately describes this team of professionals. I originally came to the team for a graphic screen for my car window to promote my business. The team was able to take my description of concept and the mandatory text and create a design I loved in just two iterations. Additionally the screen was ready EARLIER than promised. Installation was fast and done right the first time. Finally I was GIVEN my logo in vector form as a gift for future use (every time I had graphic work done elsewhere, I was charged upfront for vectorizing my logo and NEVER even offered a copy). When I called for car decals for my clients, I discussed concept with Cory and asked for a sample graphic and he offered an actual sample decal AGAIN AT NO CHARGE for me to show to my campers. Finally when I went back for folder decals, the job was complete fast and done right and NO ONE ASKED ME TO RESEND MY LOGO. They had kept it on file and that little gesture went extremely far for me. It made me feel like they were looking to help me again in the future rather than forgetting about me once the initial job was done. Finally I reached out to ask for some help altering backgrounds and colors for my logo because I wanted to order some promotional products FROM ANOTHER VENDOR THAT THEY DIDNT CARRY. I asked for a quote on the work and instead received an email with each iteration that I inquired about done in THREE DIFFERENT formats as a JUST BECAUSE. Again this is so significant because I have been asked to pay anywhere from $25-$100 from other service providers for this type of work on my logo to order product from them. Jeff and his team did it just to help me out and said they couldnt wait to do business with me again. I have not received this type of service in YEARS and I doubt that many companies are over delivering in this way. If you are considering doing business with this team...JUST DO IT. You will be THRILLED!

A disclaimer - we had just initiated dialogue with this and about 5 other sign companies. The owner sent a rude response indicating were simple minded, were only basing our decision on pricing, and would not bid on it. WOW. We didnt even have meaningful dialogue. Confused. Irritated. Slightly disappointed. I simply told him others had just come out and measured/looked at the spaces. All he had to do was ask for those specs if thats what he wanted. Im not a "sign" guy, dont know what a "sign" guy would want and thought I was giving him what he specifically asked for. . . all pieces of useful information that we would have gladly provided had he asked. Perhaps hes having a bad day. Still not an excuse. I WILL AVOID THIS FRANCHISE for all our business ventures in the DFW area. If first impressions mean anything, Id suggest you do the same.

Incredibly Rude, i walked out of this place because the guy helping me (Barry i think) was demeaning and attempted to lie. I was given an estimate via email, when I came in here he said the price has increased because he hadnt seen the artwork. But he had asked for the art over email and i sent it to him before he quoted. After telling him that i tried to reason with him about why it would increase with smaller signs but everything else the same. He wasnt able to explain or use the correct terminology saying RTA is different from printed vinyl (i had sign experience in a previous life). I walked out on principle alone, people deserve better service instead of shutting people down and not communicating.

My office is very close to this Fastsigns location and I have used them four or five times over the past few years, both for interior and exterior signage. They have produced a number of different types of signs for me: aluminum for exterior use, rigid plastic and flexible plastic for interior use. All of the signs were produced quickly, are well made and have held up well. I went to this location the first time because of their close proximity, but I keep going back because of their excellent service - I get the same great service whether Im placing a minimum order or something more expensive. I havent considered another sign vendor since my first order and, if they keep it up, I never will.
