Hands down the worst UPS store I have ever done business with. I have rented UPS business mailboxes from several locations across DFW and this one is the worst. I went in to dropoff and pickup packages and casually informed the male owner there that Id handed my parcels to the UPS driver sitting behind the store. He then gives me an upset look and asks that I give them directly to him because they get paid for dropoffs. Uh I had about 9 boxes and you guys have stairs leading to your front door. Truck it is. I also had several heavy boxes to pickup while there. Im used to carrying heavy boxes, but at every other location the guys offer to help. Neither he nor his son even batted an eye as I carried four huge inventory boxes to my car in high heels. Id even asked for a dolly. None available! And they still didnt offer to help after I asked for the dolly. Terrible customer service is an understatement. This guy has a nasty attitude every time he is there. His wife is nice but he is ruining this location. I will be closing my mailbox here. Id rather drive further away than deal with this place.

This UPS Store here in my neighborhood (store #6509) goes so much above and beyond the standard level of customer service that you regularly expect from normally from UPS. I had to fax off 25 documents and the store was closing as I waited for the confirmation of the fax, the manager was so nice, courteous, and hospitable to me until the the fax finally went through. This is most definitely my permanent community UPS Store for as long as I am still a resident of Carrollton Texas.

Do not use this store unless you want to pay for items you did not order! I used their computer to pull up my email to print one page. It did not print so the lady working said push print again... still didnt work... lady said push print again and then made me pay for 3 copies in color after I said I wanted black and white! Absolutely terrible customer service.

My job requires lot of traveling. So I have used many UPS stores over the years. But this UPS Store is the best. Owner and all staff members are very nice and very helpful. Their prices are very reasonable compared to other UPS Stores Ive used in the past.

Called to ask about a service and and after confirming that they do it, the guy said "I cant tell you the price. If you want it, you just have to come to the store." Then he hung up on me. Ridiculous. Terrible customer service!!

I have been using this store since they open over 3 years ago. They always provide the best solutions for all my shipping and printing needs. Their rates are very affordable. Both owners and their associates are very nice!

I had one time got into the store around 7, they supposed to close out, but the gentle man was so nice and he helped me to process my order. Everyone is so nice out there and i had a good experience there. :)

This store claims to open at 9:00 am, but I showed up at 9:10 to locked doors and no lights. This location may be closed. Then again, they might just need to invest in some alarm clocks.
