I have been to this UPS location several times..Been Very Satisfied and Pleased with them. They have the BEST Staff and so friendly and helpful.. Absolutley have the BEST Customer Service... They make mailing small items to BIG items easy, easy... They have all the solutions for anything you need to mail. Recommend this location to Everyone... They aim to please you at this UPS location. The clerk Eli Riley was professional and very patient with me. I just has foot surgery and he showed great empathy to this old lady. It was end of day as well and I am sure he wanted to go home but did not rushed me. He printed the documents for me and notarized any and all pages. Dont believe that great customer service is dead. That will be my delivery store forever.

Ive used this store for over 10 years. Jason and his staff have always been great. Keep in mind that this type of store will have young employees that are still working on their communication skills. Mature adults should be able to keep their emotions in check and not get upset so easily. Thank you Jason for always helping and finding solutions for my shipping needs.

Great group off employees. Excellent customer service. I shipped a $5000 dollar item, some replaceable parts were damaged during shipping. The owner pf the spore had the refund for the cost of the parts within 1 hour. I was very impressed. Thank you guys so much. One less headache to deal with. Gotta love Murphy!

This was worst experience ive ever had. It was UPS Murphy store. The store owner Jason was very careless what is going on for my package. He really didnt care at all just kept lying about package. Stay a way if you dont want to get problem and loose your money.

The lack of customer service skills at this store is mind boggling. Manager was snarky and had an attitude throughout my time there. As much as I hate having to drive more, I am most definitely taking my business elsewhere going forward.
