Im the owner of a very busy graphics design group and have found THIS GEM!!! We just awarded Print Chap the production of Course Materials for a very large Fortune 100 company. Their prices were in-line with large printers and their service was 10x better. They appreciate the work and respected my needs and deliverables. I was able to get accurate estimates immediately, 100% mock ups built on the spot, and yes, the quality was perfect. Therefore... they got the biz! Ahmad secured the business by problem solving and recommending better solutions than even my team had considered. Just love that! He knows his business.

Owner gives excellent customer service. We have used other places before and have never had such a great experience. She always delivers what she promises. Everything we have purchased has been top quality, had great design and was created very promptly. The prices are fair as well. We are now life long customers and will never go elsewhere. I cant praise this store owner, customer service, and quality level enough. Would rate 10 stars if possible!!

I cannot rave about PrintChap enough!!!! I was extremely worried about my book, but spoke with the owner of the store she gave me a quote right away and told me come on over! These guys are the best print service in the Murphy-Plano area. Their attention to detail and customer service is beyond expectations. delivery is always on time and their prices are fair. They just upgraded all their printers so quality is better now. Forget about Kinkos and UPS and head here for all your printing needs.
