Very helpful people here. First occurrence was when I brought in a USPS package. The lady help me out multiple times when I didnt have tape for my box. She was always smiling taping up the box and make sure its secure. The second, I arrive in the parking lot 10min early. The man saw me through the window and came to the door and turned on the open sign. Dont you think we need more places like this that care about their customer? Isnt that why you are reading this review?

They have always bent over backwards to take care of my needs. They seem to try to build relationships here. They suggest options that will benefit my goals even if - for the short term - it doesnt add to the UPS profit profile. In the long run, I, UPS, this location all win.

I was out of the country and spoke to Chris and told him I would be back Monday March 12th to renew my box. He left me a voicemail the Friday before saying he had closed my box an returned all of my mail. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
