BEST STORE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! We dont smoke, but we went in to check out the wooden cigar boxes for sale. Great place--but you can find just about anything here. Huge selection, enormous humidor. Had everything I was looking for and decent prices. Also carries large selection of pipes and pipe tobacco. I have to say I am beyond impressed. He shows expert knowledge and a genuine concern that I am a satisfied customer even BEFORE I set foot in the store. I called because I needed empty cigar boxes. The service was superb. He had a huge selection of empty cigar boxes, which are among the best storage devices ever. And theres always room for one more in the collection! Of course, Richs is smart about this and theyre priced accordingly. With great difficulty, I limited myself to 23 boxes, before I went merrily on my way.

The selection is great and the conversation and knowledge is, in general amazing... The entire building is humidified so it makes a easy and enjoyable shopping experience due to the lack of cramped humidor and the lounge looks fun too! Im looking forward to the poker night! Prices arent horrible but for the most part the markup isnt that bad compared to other shops. In most smokes it was less then a dollar over other shops and the experience is worth that... If you want quantity for the best price, online prices cant be beat, if, on the other hand you want to experience a good atmosphere and pleasant conversation as well as high quality smokes then this is the place! Great job!

Good Karma Cigar has a great selection of boutique cigar brands also have a lot of very hard to find gems. I was expecting a little room full of cigars when I entered but to my surprise the entire building was the humidor. I’m very impressed with their setup and how everything is properly humidified. They also have a member’s lounge that is on my top three best cigar lounges. The staff is knowledgeable about the product they sell and are always staying involved with the cigar industry! If you’re a cigar lover like myself or have a passion for great quality cigars, I highly recommend Good Karma Cigar!!!! Talk to Lance and he’ll put you in the right direction.

I found this cigar shop by accident, and I am very glad that I did. Lance the manager opened his doors up to me and my friends in true southern hospitality. Even though my friends only bought 1 cigar each we were invited to the back where the regulars were having a party. We were offered beer, and welcomed like old friends. A business this friendly is rare, even in the great state of Texas. I highly recommend that you make a stop by Karma Cigar as you pass through Lubbock, you wont regret it!

Kristy and her staff are the some of the most knowledgeable people about cigars in Lubbock. They are very accommodating and always in a great mood. I recently joined their membership lounge and the service jumped to an even higher level. All in all, this is a great place! Check it out.

Great Selection has lots of hard to find cigars. However most are marked up way above retail. Just lost $100 worth of my business due to $3 per stick mark up. I know its not easy for to carry some of that inventory but I wont pay those prices.

Im new to cigar smoking and Lance really helped me out. He was able to educate me on cigars without talking down, and even invited me to come by the store just to hang out. Wonderful hospitality and great atmosphere. Cant wait to go back!

I am from Dallas and we have a lot cigar lounges. This was one of the most laid back cigar spots. The workers are friendly and very helpful. If you want to smoke with real down to earth folks this is the place!!!
