Now before I complain I wanna start off by saying I spend maybe 150$ on wraps a month here. And Ive bought over 24 pipes/bong/bubblers. Knowing this. So you can say I visit the store often right? So yesterday I walk in. and buy my usual 10 wraps and a pack of marlboro red 100s Without paying attention because (I come here often I thought I could trust them) the guy says 28. 50. Without realizing I hand him 40.00 He gives me back 11.50. And I leave. Get in my car and think wait. 10 wraps for 20 dollars? So I go back inside and I say to the guy I think u over charged me. He says no. Those wraps cost more. They were double platinums. With two wraps inside. I say thats crazy. Let me see. He shows me the price on The box. It looks like he just wrote it. I touch it pen smears on my finger. The mothereffer wrote it in after I left I look at the others they all say 1 dollar. This place was good before those children were hired. -To the manager. Im the veteran that always comes in with his wife and spends 500 dollars a month in your store. You just lost my business.

Enlightened Mind

I was pleasantly surprised to hear they had new owners. The selection for flowers and oil is pretty impecible now that they have owners that know what they are actually doing. Prices compared to other local shops IS lower (you can compare yourself). I havent ran into them not having what i want ever, and that is pretty rare. Customer service is on point. They also are willing to work with you on the price within reason of course which is pretty cool. Swing by and hit up my man Kamal hell treat you right and hook you up.

I used to only shop at Supernova because the other smoke shops are a rip off with terrible selection and supernova was the best shop around. Now that the guy from supernova told me about this place because its so close to my house I figured Id try it out. Well I tried it and now I wont go anywhere else! They have everything for everyone from bowls to torches. The products are awesome, the prices are great, and the staff is super friendly and helpful! Thank you SA Tobacco! :-)

Awful customer service! Smoke shops have a very friendly and hands on customer service! Both the male and female were sitting behind a computer, with no greeting, we looked around for close to 15 minutes before either said a word to us. When we asked about a certain piece and its use/how it works, the female gave us the first idea that came to her mind instead of what the actual purpose was of said piece. Will not be going back until its again, under new management!
