This growing local brand with 4 locations offers an eclectic mix of products, becoming more surprising as time progresses and owners experiment with the product mix. While the product line is interesting and of interest to a unique demographic, there is something for everyone if you take your time and look around. The locations tend to focus on the micro-market in their immediate vicinity, they have generally similar items, simply displayed in a dissimilar manner to meet the convenience and needs of the regulars to the sellers advantage, and to the buyers delight. Keep in mind pricing is not firm, and generally a better price can be negotiated, especially to frequent shoppers and for larger purchases.

Ive been going to Supernova since they first opened and everything was in boxes. Its nice to see how much they have grown and all the variety of products they now have. The employees are extremely cool and I love the fact its located right on West Ave. right inside my neighborhood, They recently changed their store hours from 10 P.M close to 11 P.M which I love because I typically get off of work at 10 and ill stop by to pick up some Hookah shisha and coals to hang out with friends. I highly recommend stopping by this shop, and if you have any ideas on products they should get you should definitely let them know because theyre always open to suggestions!

All of the staff in the store on West Avenue are always friendly, and very helpful to assist with all of your smoking and smoke accessories. Their new hours make them much more convenient than the "other" smoke shops. These guys even carry top of the line tattoo inks and tattooing equipment and accessories. I enjoy popping in from time to time just to see whats new in the store. Stop by and check them out. Theyre definitely competitive with their prices, yet I find most their stock is cheaper than anywhere else. Keep it up guys..looking for another store in the future..

Went into the west ave location to buy my husband a small random surprise, and the guy with the blonde/red beard who helped me was pretty rude with a cold personality. He sold me a $20 bottle of ejuice for $27. He scammed me. He lied to me to get a sale and felt the need to overcharge me, that was VERY unfair. I TRUSTED this company to help me find my husband a little "just because" gift and he scammed me. I f you know very little about the vaping world (like i do) i would STAY FAR away from this company.

Aside from the great range of glass( for flower and concentrate), smoking accessories tools( eg. from grinders to extraction tubes), hookah products, and even trendy apparel, the one thing that stuck out the most, compared to other San Antonio head shops, is their aspiration to improve the Supernova experience! As if they werent great already! They keep a look out for the newest products and keep up with their customers like no other! 5stars

I bought a rig today and and i wanted to buy a ceramic banger but theyre didnt have any so i settled for a titanium domeless. I asked the employee if he theybcould help get it off andnhe was like try applying heat and i said i did and he said well your stuck with it than. Thought this was really cool store one of my favorites .never will i come back here again

Overall, a great store with a feel good vibe. Great selection of products to choose from especially the glass brands. The owner always tries to stay up to date on customer needs and new products,such as Ti Nails. Friendly staff as well. Also, great awesome deals, you cant find anywhere else. Give them a visit and find out what theyre all about!

This shop is for the connoisseur. Hands down, SuperNova is the best smoke shop in San Antonio Texas. Each location is a bit unique. This is a REAL smoke shop, they dont have silly novelties. At SuperNova youre sure to find new items youve never seen before. They have the newest, best smoke & vape tools available at reasonable prices.

I usually never have problems when i go to the store, but i went lastnight and the guy who "assisted" us was not helpful at all. He was just standing there looking at us and the pieces. Wed ask him a question and hed just say oh idk. And to top it off we bought a piece and he didnt even give us the bowl! Like come on.

Love this smoke shop because of the large selection of pieces, waterpipes, wraps, you name it! I go there a couple times a week for some wraps. I also like the service, if you need questions answered theyre happy to help. Overall, this is a great head shop to go to and one of my favs.

By far my favorite shop in town. They actually have about 3 shops open, but this one is my favorite. Great prices, amazing selection and knowledge. Great customer service. This headshop is open the latest compared to other Mom and Pops sans The K.

Ive been in here twice and they have very reasonable prices and a wide selection of products to choose from. I got 3 E-Juice flavors for 25 bucks thats a pretty good deal. The staff always acknowledges that youre there and are very helpful.
